Thank You Albert for always doing my nails perfect. I don’t like it square, so I tell Albert to round them off. This is gel, my real nails! Albert takes care of me and my nails! Ask for Albert!!!

I used to go to the location on Greenville and I didn’t really like it, but this location is way better! I also typically don’t like men to do my nails, but my tech did a great job, especially on shaping my nails. He also did one of the fastest NextGen sets I’ve ever had. One lady didn’t do too bad on my eyebrows either. Of course, the hours are awesome if you don’t have time during the day to get make a trip to the salon.

Rushed visit
The place was filthy, talk about trash EVERYWHERE!
They do NOT sterilize their equipment
They used a USED pumice stone on my feet
It was NOT a relaxing experience, I was extremely anxious.
I had to request fresh clean towels… Which he picked up from the floor. GROSS! I went home and washed my hands and feet with antibacterial soap x3 just incase!
And they over charged me from the walk in quote– but I didn’t fight it bc it was late.
2 stars cause my nails look good, not sure about wear or staying power just yet.

The hours for this place is amazing! They are open so late. I think this is a type of place where you meet friends for HH after work, and then hey lets go get our nails done. They have different alcoholic beverages that you can sip on complimentary while you get pampered!
Their menu has different special types of pedi’s. like green tea, lavender, margarita, CHOCOLATE!!!
Yes it is a bit pricey but you get really pampered guys! It is worth it once in a while. I had a perfect time and experience here. They take their time on me, they gave nice massages, and are very friendly!

I only come here because they are open late. Never had major issues, but after reading all of these comments, along with my recent experience I will not be coming back.
If you must go here, do NOT get your nails done by some tall guy named Ty (or however he spells it). I got my nails done by him, looked great and all, but when he started painting on the gel, he did not do a base coat so I asked and he said this brand on polish didn’t need it. I’m not one to tell someone how to do their job — so I let it be.
Due to not having base coat, my nails are now yellow which has NEVER happened in the years I’ve gone to get gel nails. When I came in to get them taken off I informed the nail tech that the last guy didn’t do base coat and I’m pretty upset. She knew exactly who I was talking about!
Clearly I’m not the first with this issue. How about someone tell the guy then!
So irritated. Paid $ 20.00 to get my gel off, and a clear coat. The last girl did fine — I’m just done with this place and all these terrible reviews really make me not want to come here ever again.

I am sitting in the chair right now and I am about to fall asleep I am so relaxed. It is relatively late for a Sunday nail appointment and there is no rush or sense of urgency through my pedicure at all. The massage has been lengthy and very relaxing. Everyone has been very nice, especially my technician. Overall I am very pleased. I hope the end result is as good as the process has been.
