Recently remodeled, there is no smoking. I suppose a refresh of their image in an attempt to make the place more family friendly. There are plenty of big screen TVs and a move to more beers on tap. I don’t know if I like the change to serving the wings in the butter laden platter.

1. Service: was awful, between our appetizer and the entrée took forever, after it finally arrives they forgot one entrée and one side for the table. For getting the check took another year to get it. We essentially spend more time waiting than eating. 2. Food: it was not bad, but wasn’t hot. It was like warm! And they forgot my salad dressing! So… Not good. In general was awful service, OK food, not great. I will rather eat on buffalo wild wings across the street.

The food was subpar at best. The oysters were not cold and did not have that salty briny finish I like. I ordered wings half hot and half lemon pepper. They burnt the lemon pepper ones, but before I got them the bartenders Amber and Taryn caught the mistake. They also made sure that the oysters were taken off the bill. On top of it all I have stopped drinking and ordered a club soda. Most bartenders will treat you different if you do not order a cocktail. They even made sure my soda water was full. Also I am a food and beverage director at a four star hotel. Athough the kitchen dropped the ball and this could easily of been a one star review. The bartenders did the little things to make my experience enjoyable. I think that their manager on duty can learn from them. After being in the business for 15 plus years its pretty standard that when something negative happens that the manager on duty comes by and ask you how everything is. The manager was aware because that person has to do the comp or void. That just shows a serious lack of care, and laziness. Instead of the manager being the example of hospitality it was the bartenders. Thank you Amber and Taryn. Your manager should also thank you as well for not getting a one star review.

No buffalo sauce on the chicken sliders, when I ordered mild sauce. How does that happen?

This is THEWORST Hooters EVER! I have NEVER gotten served in any reasonable amount of time and the ghirls aren’t great either.

I am currently here on gameday Sunday to watch some football and have a beer or two. I ordered my usual crab legs and they were good. However, EVERYSINGLETABLE has kids at them. All of the children are under the age of two and are screaming, throwing crayons, and crying. We are tabbing out as we speak in order to hopefully make it to another bar before halftime is over(Thank goodness we are in Addison and there are plenty of other bars in close proximity). There are no drink specials at all and the environment is like watching a game in a daycare center. The service was average at best. We had to wait 30 minutes for silverware, never received coasters, and our check that we just received was incorrect and had to be corrected. I still like Hooters and I am glad that people with children have a place to watch football on Sunday but unfortunately, we will not return to this location to watch the 12pm games during football season.

Came in on satuday night, our server(who was also training another girl) took 20 mins to get my beer plus over an hour to get our food which tasted very bad, this is my second time at this location but I will never be back, luckily the town east location is closer to my place and its way better in food taste and service.

I went here on a Thursday night with a group of friends because we wanted to watch football, eat some wings, and drink some good ol’ beers, so we figured that this was the place to go. WRONG! This place was exactly how my fellow Unilocaler, Tommy F., described it… A TRAINWRECK! The service was alright, not terrible, but also not great. The wings? I wish the wings was as mediocre as the service but apparently that’s asking for too much from these people. How does a place that serves wings all day everyday mess it up? It blows my mind! They were drenched in oil. For goodness sake we ordered wings with a hint of cholesterol, not wings with a bucket of cholesterol! I am definitely not going back to this location. The only reason why I rated them a two was because our team won.

Was in town for 2 weeks, just had fries and a beer, came at 11:50 and apparently in Dallas you have to have food in front of you to have a beer or you have to wait until noon, no big deal, ordered the fries and got the beer, didn’t have Mich Golden Light my favorite so got Coors Light, an OK place, for a Hooters I didn’t think the girls where all that nice looking for Texas but the bartender was. Good service overall, typical for a hooters but nothing special.

Being an X GM for this company years ago I have a good grasp on the standards here. This location was a complete TRAINWRECK. My wings were over cooked TWICE the Girls were so frustrated with the operation of the business. I actually heard a girl say that she was going to quit and walk out RIGHTNOW. Manager on Duty completely absent and unaware of service that it is embarrassing. Without Taryn and Cortnie this place would have been a complete disaster. These two Hooters Girls deserve huge KUDOS because I would NOT come back here if they did not take scare of me the way that they did.

Terrrible place! Right away you feel not wanted by the hostess and waitresses. Immediately, you receive the impression and ambient you are an inconvenience, yet the«Still-have-to-take-you-to-your-table-for-your-business» script persist with apathy. It is very belittling and somewhat uncomfortable that you just want to walk out without a word. My food arrived without a care in the world to put it lightly. We come to these establishments for an experience after a hard day or just wanting a moment to forget about our problems to unwind. The moment you are treated less than a customer and devalue your menu the establishment has been lost in my opinion. My advice to the person reading this don’t risk it. If you want just a drink or two go straight to the bar. If you want to dine and wine, may i suggest you consider another place. I have been to allot better Hooter establishment this one should be wiped clean and re-managed.

RIP Hooters. Ever since the remodel and revamp of the menu the quality of food has gone to horrible. The boneless wings are half the size they used to be for years. The chicken sandwich is also half the size and the chicken was absolutely horrible. The meat itself was crunchy with awkward consistency and extremely watery which makes it obvious it’s not fresh chicken anymore and just frozen. Last time I’ll go to hooters.

Nice bunch! despite the fact that I got in right at the closing time on a business trip, they took care of the customer. No attitude, good service and what was expected from Hooter food.

Apparently, if you are a female trying to dine alone on your lunch break, you don’t get any service. I’ve been here for 15 minutes and just got my drink. «Pauline» had her name written on a napkin at my table but took it off and said someone would be right with me. 15 minutes later Pauline asked if I’d like a drink while I wait. OBVIOUSLY. I didn’t come here to watch you all walk around during my break. I do not have high hopes I will return to work on time. If you have only an hour to kill on a slow, Friday during lunch, do not come here. Unless you are a man, they seem to be getting a lot of attention from all of the servers. Including Pauline. In her defense, maybe she is trying to leave for the day, but it is only 1 o’clock.

Don’t go here if you want food. Wings I ordered never arrived, after I asked our waitress a few times she just offered to refund my money.

Food(*** out of *****); Good standard American food. This is NOT a foodie paradise. It is Hooters. The dishes are simple, meaty and filling. I am a big eater and frequent all you can eat buffets, but even I cannot finish an appetizer and a main dish at this joint. No joke, the chunk o’ meat in the buffalo chicken sandwich is almost twice as big as a Chick-Fil-A(at least 50% bigger). If you order it, be sure to order it with triple dog dare or spicy garlic sauce if you like heat. Their spiciest sauce is only maximum white people spicy not Mexican spicy. Their hot sauces come in from least to most hot; mild, medium, hot, 3 mile Island, 911, spicy garlic, triple dog dare. You may also order hot wings with the same sauce choices. If you do not order blue cheese, you will get ranch dressing with your wings. Naked wings do not have crispy skin, skin is kinda hard. The sandwich comes with a mountain of fries twice as big as 2 orders of McDonald’s small fries. The tater tot appetizer dish is HUGE. It is easily a meal, not an appetizer, it is so big. Atmosphere(***** out of ***** if you’re male, ** out of ***** if you’re female); OK, whoever thought of the crazy Hootie girl uniform of ORANGE athletic shorts with white tank tops was probably high on drugs when he thought it up. It’s a restaurant, not a gym. Thankfully, the gals were wearing updated black uniforms when I was there the first time. On my second visit, they were wearing camo in honor of our nation’s military. I was afraid that the joint would be like a seedy strip club or something. I mean, with a name like Hooters, what do you expect?! To my amazement, it is not seedy at all. They even have a kid’s menu! The girls don’t show any belly button, unlike Twin Peaks across the street. They actually have more clothing on than the average teenage chick at the mall. There were only 1 or 2 female customers in the entire restaurant. Service(**** out of *****); No waiter teams, but the girls and chefs were quick. They had good teamwork, too. A male employee(Hooter boy? Manager?) who was not my waitress brought out my food only 10 minutes after I ordered and this was a BUSY lunch rush. Conclusion(**** out of *****); The tally is 3 stars but I bumped it up a star for value. Their meals are ginormous and inexpensive. Due to the enormous size of the dishes, it’s a good deal. The buffalo chicken sandwich with fries is only $ 9 and the tater tots are $ 6. They also have specials. Hamburger with fries is only $ 7 on Mondays. If you fill out the survey on your receipt, you’ll get $ 3 off your next meal. If you download their customer loyalty app, you’ll get a $ 8 appetizer for free. I did not order a beer, but I noticed that their domestic tap beer prices are very reasonable, starting at $ 3 per small beer(16 oz), during their non happy hour times. That’s what others charge for their happy hour beer price. It’s not fine dining BUT the servers are cheery, upbeat & the place has a politically incorrect, irreverent fun vibe. It’s a party. Check It out.

The staff was very friendly when I walked in. Even though I had a to go order, they still made sure I had everything I needed. The food was pretty good. The fries could’ve been warmer but I did call ahead. My only real complaint was the state of the restrooms. I visited the ladies room and it was awful. One toilet was stopped up with stuff in it and both were very dirty. It didn’t smell clean at all. Are your girls too pretty to keep the restroom clean?

Entered the restaurant early after opening and was promptly seated. The waitress took our drink order and returned quickly for our entrée order. Ordered the bone in chicken wings, which were some of the largest I have ever seen. They were served with a dressing and all was excellent. Another in the party ordered the boneless chicken wings and that too were delicious although not as large as the bone– in wings. The other person ordered a cheese burger which she said was one of the best she had eaten. The meat was delicious, cooked properly and was a huge size. Topped the lunch off with key lime pie, which was very good. Great lunch with outstanding waitress service. By the time we left, the restaurant was filling up as it was moving closer to Cowboy game time and many of the TV sets were program for that game. The place is clean and great atmosphere with friendly staff.
