IHOP

I can only speak for myself– I come here maybe once a month, and am always served my food on time, and of a good quality. IHOP is popular, and at peak times you should expect other people to be present. But the food has been good and I have never had a problem getting questions answered.

The quality of food is usually typical of Ihop, good. However, this specific location has some of the worst service I have ever been subjected to. The food has been served cold or incomplete a number of times, you have to pay close attention to your ticket at the end of your meal before you pay, and the waitresses and waiters have been rude, and unprofessional many of my visits there. I would not recommend this Ihop location to anyone.

I literally waited 30 minutes for house coffee. 30 minutes! And I’m still sitting here wondering why I haven’t walked out yet. Not to mention, multiple servers saw me and noticed I’ve been sitting there for a minute and didn’t say a word. I’m adding this place on my «don’t come back» list.

I only came here because I was craving pancakes. I got some dish that comes with unlimited pancakes. First you get a full stack with your food. Afterwards, you can flag your server down and you get a short stack.
I say flagging your server down because they take forever to come by and then your pancakes come to you after so long that you’re full. A nice tactic, I must say. You’ll get full sitting around and not going to want any more unlimited pancakes.

Waitress is super sweet but food take forever. Place not even full so not sure why it would take more than 30 minutes after placing order to get our orders.

The pancakes were a bit burnt, and if your store is named International House of Pancakes, that gets you docked two stars. Waitress was friendly and their place is kept clean.

Ordered the Philly cheese sandwich, extremely delicious! The fries were tasty! Juan is an excellent waiter, very attentive. The restaurant let’s the Dallas Backgammon club hold their weekly tournaments there. The restaurant is clean, the bathrooms are clean! Plenty of parking outside the restaurant. Will definitely stop back again.

I think this is the best coffee I’ve ever had at a IHOP and I’ve been at a lot. The service was extremely nice and the restaurant was very nice just like the classic IHOP look. I recommend this place!

Food was barely warm, The crepes had no filling, Appetizers came out with the meal instead of as an appetizer. And staff did a fly-​by-​night «How is everything» didn’t even wait for a response. At checkout the guy was rude.

I love their pancakes and service was fast. This is me and my sons favorite place to eat for breakfast.

We went to have breakfast around 0200. Food was great and my blueberries pancake was great. Down fall was The hash browns it’s not crispy. It’s like a square of hash brown cut from big slab of square tray.

Brandon is the shit. Pancakes are gold. Especially when drunk. Yummmmm. Get scrambled eggs with cheese. And pancakes. And then coffee. It’s delicious.

The service is touch and go at best. Most times i have come here, when the food eventually comes out its warm andbto standard. It would be best to come on a non standard breakfast day and a non peak time if uou want better service.

It’s IHOP, what more can be said? I don’t know if they are doing their best or not but, it’s below average on any scale. I only go here when I absolutely have no better choice.

Just your typical breakfast spot… nothing fancy but the service is usually good. The wait staff are very attentive and have many many returning customers. The management is friendly and the tables are usually clean… be sure you ask for warm syrup.

Service was slow! This place was understaff and the manager was speaking arabic to the other staff. The staff members answered in english. I will not go back to this arabic IHOP again

Expecting IHOP to be at least decent is reasonable in my humble estimation. This location is not. My girlfriend had a hamburger that tasted like «school lunch-​line burger,» according to her. I had chicken strips that looked and tasted like they came out of a Whataburger dumpster. The Waitstaff and atmosphere fared no better.
Our Eastern European waitress spoke maybe seven words of English, repeating our order incorrectly several times, and deferring to me when my girl asked for anything… «She want ketchup? This OK?»
I should have known better than to eat at an IHOP at this location, there are just so many competitive restaurants nearby. Steer clear if you value at all what you put into your body.

I LOVE IHOP’s pancakes… Fluffy and delicious… The butter is also good. I DO however bring my own ‘real’ maple syrup from home since they only have maple flavored syrup. I WILL be back because their pancakes are great.

Despite sit-​down service being odd, slow, and getting cold food… I did take out here and it turned out surprisingly well.
Granted, it wasn’t a difficult order or anything, but it was done quickly and correctly. The only weird thing was that when I called the order in, the guy on the phone didn’t ask my name or anything for the order. So I just walked in and said, «Hi, I called in the _​_​_​_​_​» and listed my order.
Mercifully, it was already ready, the guy knew who I was, and it was the only take-​out order right then!
So while I’ll probably still avoid eating inside the restaurant for awhile to avoid weird service, I WILL order take out when I crave pancakes and am too damn lazy to cook them myself.

IHOP used to be a lot better and I used to prefer IHOP over another w-​trash restaurant called… Denny’s. Just kidding.
Anyway, if this wasn’t the only place that was open, I would have walked out and went somewhere else. It was gross and filthy.
