This has to have been the worse experiance I have ever had renting. Not only does the managment company ignore your calls (i’ve sat in the office trying to pay rent and seen/​heard them say they don’t want to talk to whomever is calling and just ignore the phone) they also refused to return calls, let the matenence workers enter your home with no reason and when you call and ask why they say it must have been a mistake (i’ve expereanced this «mistake» about 5 times) and when they are in your unit they leave the lights on and doors unlocked. They do nothing about people taking part in illegal actvities even those involving minors (like drunk adults blaring music out of their cars with kids running around in the middle of the night or kids beating up other kids on the property) They will not assist you unless you file a police report first even if your kid is getting hurt they dont care. They don’t care if lights are broken or rooms flooded and forget about trying to do laundry the machines dont work worth a damn. oh and they will do «inspections and spray» for a couple weeks each year that you are required to keep your pets locked up then they never show up or show up after when they say they will. I cannot wait to get out of here!

Continues to be a great place to live. Good neighbors and great staff. Steve and Geri take good care of complex

Where do I begin… This place appears to be an ok place to live until you have a problem.
The apartment above us had a flood in his bathroom and it all leaked down into our bathroom… the smell of urine was horrific… We called the office… No one showed up to make the repairs for 2 days and when they finally did show up they wanted to just replace the tiles without providing a status of the removal of someone urine, the smell, or the damage done to our bathroom. After making numerous calls and requests and complaints that’s when things really changed… the property manager was beyond rude to us stopped returning our calls etc ect… so now it’s time to move. We cleaned the apartment, walked through it with Maintenance as the office told us to, took photos, got cleared to leave and left in our U-Haul…6 months later we get a notice telling us we left the apartment in unlivable conditions… They told us because we did not paint one wall and changed the tile in foyer area ourselves because it was coming up that we left it unlivable. We were approved to change the tiles by the previous property manager and of course that was not in their files and we did not have a copy. So here we are with this apartment complex that was a temporary stop ruining our credit score and on the verge of having to file a lawsuit. This place is horrible… it was a place to live when we needed a roof over our heads but it was never home… loud neighbors, lots of police activity, some actually took the tires off of someones car in the lot one night, horrible management… Just a horrible place to live. Wish we never had to deal with this place ever again!

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! The office people are rude as hell and dont know how to talk to people. Georgia is the WORST! She needs to learn people skills and not just put on a front to get you suckered into living there! Their parking is SO messed up, if you have a visitor, plan on them being towed!!! The towing company us even worse ! The office people tell you different versions of the rules and regulations. There are other apartments around there that are way nicer and prob have better people to deal with
The people who live there are a bit shady… They match the people in the office!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! If i could i would give it negative zero stars !

this place sucks its the ghetto loud music kids running up and down stairs at 3 am and no one in the office ever heard of a phone or returning calls and messages DON’T move there. kids vandalize cars and mgmt won’t do anything and they do not have security cameras for property surveillance matinace is great but the office people can’t be bothered to deal with you I have seen them ignore a ringing phone till it goes to voice mail if i could id rate it negative 5 stars
