I purchased a Xerox here for our company and no one ever came to set it up. I called for service and the people answering the phones couldn’t speak proper English. Every time I called for service they said they would be there but no one ever came out. I have had enough, I cancelled the service agreement and called another Xerox dealer to come set it up and provide onsite service. Very happy now that I left Meridian behind and is in my rear view mirror! Do not buy from this company, horrible experience from the beginning, I should have been more careful!
