I had a great experience here. Even though I wasn’t a customer who was going to spend thousands of dollars I received the best treatment. Jessica was friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to return.

Wow. What a pitiful exchange. I’m not really sure how anyone could have garnered anything above one star for an experience involving this group. We purchased cubicles for our offices from Dallas Desk. Our sales person Trish was by far more knowledgeable about her product than any of the others we vetted for this sizable purchase, and that alone is the entirety of the one star. And considering that you will pay a premium for the equipment here, the sales staff should be very knowledgeable. I encourage buyer caution, really think through your process before purchasing from here. On the day of the purchase, not only are you required to pay for the total amount in advance and given instruction that you will have to wait while the manufacture gathers your order together and ships it to their retail location, but the Dallas Desk management has made up several arbitrary and nonsensical documents for you to sign, basically absolving them of any liability in the process. So, in the event that virtually anything goes wrong prior to receiving equipment, be it manufacture related, delivery group, or the sales/retail team, you have no right to complain or refund the equipment due to these documents. This is not merely a passive jab, we sat on the showroom floor for about 30 minutes being belittled and berated by one of the managers, possibly named Nancy, for not wanting to sign these documents. We were given details of the Dallas Desk history and how awesome their business was. Basically, all of the reasons why we should sign and not question them were laid before us. When we expressed our concerns that the documents put our group in a bad business position we were subjected to more of them same with added intensity. Eventually, we got to our install day. The install team was OK, but rushed. As a result we ended up with several chipped paint areas on squeaky new cubicles. This is in addition to misaligned overhead units and missing panel guards. Most of which had we not done a thorough walk-through prior to install team leaving would have gone unnoticed. A good example is missing panel guards, which just so happened to be left off of a cubicle with a two inch gap from the wall, so unless someone touched the back of that cube it would have gone unnoticed. We made light of these issues, it took over a month for them to come back and address them. When they finally got back to us, most of the work was covered over by a cheap paint pen that didn’t completely match the paint of our cubicles and a few other parts that in no way should have taken them over a month to get to us. For the premium you will pay, there are certainly better places to acquire office furniture and have the customer service you deserve for the size of the purchase you would make.
