Called and asked if they could come anywhere CLOSE to Nebraska Furniture Mart’s (
) prices. Clerk said she’d call me back — and not a word — RUDE not to at least call back even if they can’t. I’ve been in retail. Owned stores even. And you should appreciate someone at least giving you a chance for their business and reciprocate a reach out (call).
Well NFM is coming down here soon (I know them well from KC) and they are going to kick tail, and take no prisoners. IMHO many stores down here have not taken marketing prep and prices (Cmas adds) to prepare. Live and die then and don’t whine. Charter’s «Clearance Center» wasn’t even close; nor the quality in many regards.
In the months UNTIL NFM IF SPENDING MUCH. IMO check NFM website. If delivery here is too much and you are spending $ 2k+ have a free trip. Order from KC store. Fly cheap there. Enjoy some BBQ and stay the night. Go by NFM w/​Penske 1 way moving truck and load your new goods. Drive back here and STILL be hundreds of $ ahead. Do the math, and look.

I love my new chairs! Shopped around quite a bit before buying my upholstered chairs from this store. Charter has quality furniture at very reasonable prices. Their customer service is outstanding from the helpful and knowledgeable sales staff to the delivery guys who are courteous and friendly! Will definitely shop here again!
