Pizza Hut

I ordered online. After I clicked submit, the pizzas were at my door in less than 25 minutes. Hot and fresh. I was surprised the apartment complex wasn’t hard to get into, deliveries usually have trouble.
They are very generous with toppings.
Overall, I got exactly what I wanted and faster than I expected.

Waited an hour for my order. When I called to check on it the employee who answered was incredibly rude. After trying to figure out what my order was and what my address was he finally told me the driver was on his way already. Another 25 mins later the driver showed up with cold pizza. Never ordering from this pizza hut again. These kids need to learn some customer service. Something here needs to change.

Called to get a quote for a large order. Was quoted $ 45 more than at Dominos. When I was about to ask how much it would be for just a few less (to accommodate my budget) Eddie hung up on me. Rude!!!

I ordered my food around one today. At three I realized I didn’t have my food. I called to see why and they told me that they canceled my order. I asked them why and was told because they couldn’t call me on the phone. I fat fingered a number so they had the wrong number for me. So instead of delivering my pizza THEY DECIDED NOT TO. INSTEAD OF EMAILING ME TO LET ME KNOW THEY COULD NOT REACH ME BY PHONE THEY DECIDED NOT TO DELIVER MY FOOD. INSTEAD OF SHOWING UP AT MY JOB TO DELIVER THE PIZZA THEY DECIDED NOT TO DELIVER MY FOOD! As you can see I am SUPER FUCKING UPSET! NEVER will I order delivery from you guys again.

If I could give a zero I would. I have been ordering from this location for at least two years. Online and pick up both. I had the worst experience today and will never eat at pizza hut EVER again. I ordered online and after I got the confirmation I noticed my address was correct but it didn’t have my apartment number. So I called to let them know and gave them my apartment number. Well after an hour still no pizza. I called and they said they didn’t have my address. Which they had when I called and confirmed it. The employee was so rude I asked to speak to a manager. How in the world this woman is in a customer service position let alone a management role is beyond me. She kept blaming me saying you this you that. You put in the wrong phone number yet she recited my correct phone number to me? The confirmation I got even had my address on it even though they claim they didn’t have that or my phone number. Then she claimed I cussed her out which I didn’t then proceeded to cuss me out and hung up on me. Not once but twice. I said you might just loose your job today and she said «I get told that on a daily basis». Lady if you are being told that everyday this is obviously not the profession for you nor any other in customer service. I have ordered from these guys SEVERAL times yet they have none of my info. In fact the last time I ordered they did call me. So they do have my correct info. Sounds to me like you have some lazy employees that don’t want to work. Probably one of the worst people I have ever dealt with in a customer service role anywhere in my life. No apologies nothing but unprofessional rude employees. She refused to tell me her name or her managers and she refused to leat me speak to another employee after I asked more than once. Don’t order from here. Order from papa johns. They are quite amazing and when they mess up they make it right. I have called corporate on this location and the management really needs to reevaluate who they are hiring. Horrible horrible horrible.

This is the last time I order from them online twice they canceled my order even though I called to confirm the order was mine. They did not inform me of price change or that they canceled the order spent more each time almost 20.00 more each time. Sorry customer service!

Quick, reliable, and consistent in quality. Not bad.
