UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY posing as a catering/​event planning/​cleaning business. I would not trust them to clean my toilets after my experience.
I ordered the groupon that offered a «catered holiday dinner for 12» from Stuart’s Exquisite Services. I heard they were booking fast so I ordered my Christmas Eve dinner over one month in advance. I was told to pick it up in Addison at 10am. When I got there, no one was there. I called their number and a Fort Worth kitchen person answered and said they were delivering it and to go home and wait between 1−5pm. I did. It never came. I called and emailed and no one answered or replied. I left a message. No one has yet to call me back two days later and I never received my meal. I was expecting to serve it to my family on Christmas Eve and instead they had to eat a frozen pizza because the stores were already closed bythe time I had given up on waiting for the delivered food to arrive!
Buyer beware: I would have rated them ZERO stars but the lowest rating I can give is one star.
