We are long-time customers, and have put up with rude customer service for years, but we continued to use this cleaner because of the proximity to our home. However, this is the last straw. My husband and I counted eight shirts that we brought in, so when our slip only showed 7 we went back and brought it to the owner’s attention. He insisted we only brought in 7, then would not bring us out our shirts. We knew exactly what shirt was missing and explained it to him, he insisted they did not have it and it was our mistake, but never went to look for our eighth shirt. Needless to say we will not be back.

Not willing to go the extra mile for the customer. Disappointed they treat a long time customer poorly. Haven’t really noticed it because I have kept interaction to a minimum. Too many dry cleaners in the area to go back to them.

I love the drive thru & they give my dogs a free treat when we do. They have a friendly & courteous staff & do alterations which saves me time & money. They also understand military creases for those in the service & can put on those hard to sew Boy & Girl Scout badges on their uniforms too. Their prices are reasonable on most everything they clean, alter & repair. Love ‘em!

I don’t know what other reviewers are complaining about, these people have handled my clothes pretty well. I usually get my dress shirts washed and ironed here. There was one time when I desperately needed my suit tailored in a day and they were able to work with me for no extra cost. Also fixed up one of my jackets for a decent price. They made conversation with me and seemed nice enough, but even if they didn’t, that’s not what I was there for.

This used to be my go-to place for alterations. The last couple of years, this place has taken an extreme turn for the worse. The staff is friendly but the owners are TERRIBLE. Not only are they rude(especially the man), their quality is not even close to what it used to be. My pants and dresses are often still too long or too short after getting them hemmed and the stitching is sloppy. What’s worse is their prices have really increased over the last few years. They are never consistent with their pricing either and often surprise you with an increase. I need to find a new place.

hell no!!! i will not be back here… i dropped some pants off to be altered and was quoted 1 price… they were well aware of the alterations that needed to be made when i dropped them off… nothing changed!!! so someone please tell me why the hell i go to pick up my pants…1 pair… the same alterations we discussed when i dropped them off are the same alterations they did & they charged me more than double the price! wth!!! rip-off-above-and-beyond!!! i will definitely not be back to this spot!!!

I’ve been going here for 3 years. The customer service is not the best, but it really doesn’t have to be, huh? I just want my clothes taken care of. The problem is I usually receive shirts back with buttons consistently broken. When I recently brought it to their attention, I was sternly told it was the machine(not them) and I’d have to put it back on myself. The saying, «you get what you pay for» is true. I’m taking my business elsewhere. I’ll pay a bit more, but my buttons should be in tact.

I’ve been a customer for more years than I can remember. I have brought my dry cleaning and alterations here and have never had a problem. Yes, there has been a revolving door of front staff, which has been annoying at times. Howevever, with the cheap prices and friendly owners, I’ll definately continue using them.

I used to love this place too. Time to find somewhere new. I have been coming here for a year and a half. Once a week, every week. There constantly changing policies and personnel are annoying. What kills me is the cleaning service has dropped to an all-time low. No longer will I be a customer. If anyone has an idea of a GOOD cleaners in the area, please let me know.

I have been a loyal customer of Sultana’s since September 2009 and have dropped off mine and my husband’s clothes on average every two weeks there. I did not have problems until recently when I noticed several of my husband’s work shirts were ruined. I was not notified when I picked the shirt up and when I took it back and brought it to their attention, they told me it was normal wear and tear and did not offer to replace the garment. Over the next couple of months, l began noticing more and more problems with our items. Last week, I took back a beaded shirt of mine that the beading had come undone on. Again, they told me it was not their fault and that any dry cleaner’s would have the same problem with the shirt. She did not even offer to completely fix it because she said it would happen again. The«she» I am referring to is the lady who works in the alterations department and owns the dry cleaners. I stupidly left the rest of my dry cleaning for them to do and went back to pick it up today. As soon as I got there, they handed me two items with seams undone, claiming that they checked it before they cleaned it. These are both items that only they have dry cleaned and one of them was brand new, only dry cleaned once and worn a handful of times. As I am questioning how this happened, the lady comes out and yells at me to never come back, they don’t want my business, and to delete me from the system. Seriously yelling and rude to me. I have not been rude this whole time. I look at her son who works the front desk and has seen me every week or so for a year and half and he has nothing to say to me. I inspect the rest of my clothes and leave, while being yelled at by the owner. I have never been treated with such disrespect. She told me she can talk to me however she likes, it is her business. A loyal customer for a year and half gets treated like garbage. They are one of the cheaper dry cleaners in the area, but that does not mean they should not be held accountable for their poor service. I highly advise against using this dry cleaner as they deliver poor quality work and do not take responsibility for their actions. Proceed with caution.

I used to love this place. I was always treated nicely and my clothes were perfect. Not anymore you see a year ago we added a new pet to our family and he sheds ALOT. So now when I drop off my clothes I get dirty looks and condescending questions such as «you have dog hair on all your clothes?». I won’t be returning, ever.
