Possibly the best Tom Kha soup I’ve ever eaten. Didn’t get 5 for only 1 reason. I had shrimp added for only $ 1, bit only got two.

I really wanted to love this place. I ordered a chicken pad Thai and a Thai tea. The pad Thai was wonderful, the chicken was soft, and the portion was large. But the Thai tea is where I have to deduct points… my thai tea was 95% ice cubes!!! I took 5 sips of it and there was no more. All that was left was a cup of ice. I ordered a large, and I basically got a large cup of ice. So if you come here, order the food but don’t bother with the drinks.

So this is nearby my job and I prefer to eat more healthy /vegetarian so this menu seemed perfect for me. I ordered the shrimp roll, larb gai and pad thai. My shrimp’s description sounded to die for!!(Marinated shrimp with crabmeat, green onion, wrapped with egg roll skin and deep fried, served with sweet & sour sauce.) What I ended up with… one shrimp wrapped and fried. Although it didn’t taste bad, it wasn’t what i ordered. My tofu pad thai was pretty tasty I will admit. One thing that brought my review down a star could have been remedied. I added shrimp to both my main orders. Since they didn’t have an option click down process in which to add multiple meat option I entered add shrimp in each section on the special info part. Then at the end I added it as well. So in total I put in 3 special notes to add shrimp. I did not get shrimp. I called in and was told the manager would contact me, never happened. I order on behalf of a business and it left a sour taste in my mouth of future errors and no resolution. Decent food, great price but the misleading descriptions and customer service can be worked on.

Ordered online from them & their delivery was SUPER fast! Literally got my order within 15 mins! I ordered a lot of food for under $ 20! Got the mini egg rolls, shrimp roll, potstickers, & chicken pad see ew! Ordered the pad see ew & asked to make it spicy, I chose too spicy(level: kill me!) lol but it was delicious! Everything was delicious! My favorite was the potstickers & shrimp roll! I was full with all the food I got! Definitely will order from them again!

DONTEVERORDERFROMTHISOLACEFPRDELIVERY! I waited 2 ½ hours on my food to be delivered to my job and to top it off they told my fiancé who ordered that he basically had to spend a MINIMUM of 15 $ before they would deliver so not only did he have to pay double for food to be delivered to ONE person but when they get there they some how had it under another woman named Stacy! Imagine a pizza place delivering 15 pizzas to your job after you have waited for your one pizza for 2 hours my food was freaking cold I was so pissed that not only was it cold but when he handed me all the food it was enough to feed me and all my coworkers! Who does that?! Worst delivery place EVER the driver didn’t even apologize for his lateness and he could barley speak English. Horrible horrible horrible run far far away!

Thai Box. Well my experience should start with the fact that I have tried Thai food across the continental United States in different cities… so I have a very high standard for Thai Food & I pay attention to detail. Thai Box exceeded my expectations in several ways. For one, If I order Chicken, I want chicken. I want a good size portion of it, and not the brown stuff mixed with fillers & fat. Actual Chicken breast. I ordered the Sesame Chicken extra spicy with brown rice. SWOON. Not only is the chicken juicy, the sauce is tangy & sweet at the same time. The spice was perfect and the portion was HUGE. I have ordered the fried rice here & it’s equally as good. if you want fast, good quality thai food, look no further than Thai box. They will make it fast & have a good rewards system in place. 5 starts easily for me.

Love this place. Green curry with chicken, pad Thai and summer rolls are always top notch. Good pricing too. Much better food than the restaurant name implies. And be sure to enlist in their frequent diner program. I free entrée after 10 orders!

I usually order from here a lot but today i was not satisfied with the beef. Usually the meat is very good quality and amazing. But today the beef tasted very cheap, and hard. I’m not sure if you guys switched chef or are ordering different meat but it is very noticeable.

Very good, tasty food for the price. I had the yellow curry with chicken and spring rolls. I wasn’t impressed with the spring rolls. They had large chunks of lettuce. I prefer shredded. The curry was pretty good! I’m glad to find a Thai place where you don’t spend $ 35 for a single meal. I spent $ 12, and had 2 full meals. Will definitely be back!

Heavens… I MUST return soon for the summer rolls. They are so mild yet rich, and that sauce with which it is served is so smooth and perfects the roll. However, I’m sad to say the Thai Fried Rice was hugely underwhelming. It had just the slightest lemongrass flavor that most if not all Thai Rice has. Apart from that, the fried rice was unexciting. There were of course a few slices of onion and bell pepper, but I wish there was cilantro and/or tomato and a lot more lemongrass in it. Come on, please? Add more to the rice and it’ll be amazing. I liked the atmosphere of the dining area– it is welcoming and bright, I think due to all the natural light the windows allow, and the fountain coke was amazing. Since the rice wasn’t as good as Thai Rice from other places, I’ll definitely come to try something else off the menu. I must have those summer rolls no matter what I get, though…

While this was not what I expected as far as ambiance when I walked in, I was very surprised and happy with the quality of my meal here! I called ahead to find out if they offered gluten free and vegan options, and they surprised me by their knowledge of both. They described in detail about the ingredients of the dishes, and which specific dishes I could have without worry. I was told that the Singapore Noodles are something that most gluten-free eaters really like, and they were right! When I walked in, they had a chart at the register with allergens(this is more of a take-and-go place, I forgot to mention). I was very thankful that they had this! It made me confident that what I was ordering would not make me sick. The flavor of the noodles and tofu were delicious, the service was friendly, and they happily accommodated my requests. So thankful to have a new healthy, delicious restaurant on my list that I can trust! New favorite Thai stop!

Wonderful, consistently delicious food. The curry here is half the price that you would pay at most places for a generous amount. I consistently order from grubhub to my workplace; they always have very fast and courteous delivery, with no delivery fee… Doesn’t get much better than that. The delivery person even remembers my name. I’m really sad to see so many 1 star reviews as of late. I’m not sure if people are expecting something else when they order. They have really exceptional food for ~$ 7, considering you can easily wind up paying around 13 bucks for thai curry at other restaurants. Their yellow and panang curry are amazing, as are all of their chicken dishes. Thank you Thai Box for kindly delivering to me so many times.

A very rare 1 star from me. I was looking for fast Thai between meetings and opted for Thai box as opposed to my favorite Addison Thai place which is more sit down and enjoy the experience but slower than I needed at lunch. I should have sacrificed the time. I ordered the Thai Basil with Chicken, brown rice and a tea. I did not choose the lunch special because I did not want the soup or egg roll. I will start with the chicken. It was white meat which most people would like, but it was OBVIOUS to me that it was frozen, processed and from a bag. It was rubbery and had no fresh flavor at all. The sauce was bland, and the whole reason I love Thai Basil is the flavor notes involved. Normally you would have many pieces of basil but I had 1 small piece in my entire order. The fact they serve from plastic trays to go, really made me think I was eating a Healthy Choice frozen meal. I was starving and barely finished half of my meal. The food is also overpriced for what you get. If they need to start serving on paper plates to lower the price, then stop paying for the to go containers that are being thrown away by 80% of your patrons. Waste of money. My meal was over $ 10 with an iced tea, I should have ordered the lunch special and just thrown away the sides. The fact that I had to tip for table delivery also really gets on my nerve. I am one of those people that feel obligated to tip when there is a tip line on credit card receipts. The one place I want to tip for my service is Starbucks, and they do not have a tip line, I wish they did. I rarely post to restaurants a negative review, but this was the first time I walked out of a restaurant telling myself, I can’t wait to get on Unilocal and warn people.

I ordered a delivery from this place. They delivered in about 40 mins and I live about 6 mins away. The quality of food is okay for the price. I found the food to be a little on the spicier side. I ordered a 2 on a scale of 5 and still it was spicy. If you are looking for a place thats quick and cheap I would say this is a good choice.

I’m new to the area and was in the mood for some Thai/Vietnamese and I saw Thai Box on here and thought, «why not? There’s a bunch of 5star reviews.» Long story short, I was excited, bought a few items to sample, threw it all away. I registered on Unilocal just to leave this review. Had the Pad Thai which was billed as a specialty and was really disappointed. I had asked for it to be spicy, a 5 out of 5 spiciness and the dish I was served only had a fishy flavor. Sure there were peanuts and some red coloring to the noodles but it all tasted like a fishy mush despite me ordering the chicken pad Thai. As well as the pad Thai I ordered summer rolls and fried rice, both of which were better than the pad Thai but very«meh». The summer rolls were tough and flavorless, it only redeeming quality was the peanut sauce it came with. The fried rice was dry, only had some scrambled eggs in it, and some light garlic seasoning. If I had to choose, this would be the highlight of the meal. The person behind the counter was very disinterested and seemed like taking my order was a chore. Service was quick. Portions were a decent size. If I had enjoyed any part of the meal I would have still had plenty of leftovers.

We ordered chicken pad see eww with chicken and made it spicy, shrimp rolls, and tom yum soup. For $ 20 with delivery, I think this was a pretty good deal. We made almost two meals out of this. Nothing blew my mind, but everything was solid, fresh ingredients, good portions. There was also a good amount of meat to vegetable to noodle ratio.

So far we have only had DELIVERY. Thai Box has become out go-to place!!! I have been searching for a long time for some decent Thai/Chinese food, well the American version anyway. We have ordered a half dozen times so far and have only been disappointed once. The orange chicken was a little gelatinous, the chicken was good, but the sauces was a bit too thick. But food is always delivered piping hot and so far 40 mins has been the longest we’ve had to wait. My standard items are Pad Thai, Sesame Chicken, Shrimp Rolls(4). With delivery fee $ 24.48. These items give me 3 meals. I think that a pretty damn good price!!! While not an expert, the Pad Thai is the best I’ve had. Medium spice will wake up you palette without covering up the other flavors. I like the Chicken/Beef/Shrimp combo. All the meats are cooked perfectly, the surprise here is that both the chicken and the shrimp are tender and tasty! The Sesame Chicken is outstanding. The sauce is the perfect constancy. Sticks to the chicken which is surprisingly tender. The sauce is clean tasting, not over reduced. Keep up the good guys and I will keep ordering.

Do not eat here. Read my review and notice what I observed. Subpar taste and quality, pricey, and horrible, evil service. The food is okay. The only thing worth the money is the sesame/orange chicken because they actually use chicken meat to make them. Besides that — do not be fooled — the prices are super high for such small portions! Service is nonexistent. The cashier is very rude. I’ve noticed that this is true for every time that I visit and for everyone else I’ve observed from my seat waiting for the food. There were two girls at the cashier register and they both seemed like teenagers who hated their jobs and were always on their phones at the register. Never smiled, greeted the customers, and NEVER said thank you. The one girl always has the most depressing expression I’ve ever seen on a person. There was a situation where I asked if I can get thai tea added on to my order of the daily combo meal(sesame chicken with soup and a drink). I asked if I can pay a little bit more rather than paying full price for the thai tea since I wouldn’t want to chug on two drinks and waste any money. The girl then gave me a evil stare as if I was asking a stupid question. I was fine with the fact that they were rude and could not accept my request and I eventually did not get the thai tea, but she started giving me an attitude. I was confused as to what I ever did wrong — for asking about the possibility of it or for not buying the thai tea? My request sounded very reasonable to me and definitely adjustable. But they just hated their jobs and did not want to offer any accommodations. Then she basically threw the receipt on the counter, demanded that I sign the receipt, and let me walk away without a simple thank you. When the other girl, who I never associated with at the counter because she was on her smartphone the whole time, brought me my food she also gave me an attitude. She dropped my food on the table and left again without the basic«thank you». And I never did anything to her! They were acting like a bullish gang at that point. I’ve been here about ten times before. Spent around $ 300 total in the past. Would ask coworkers to get food from here every now and then cuz it’s close to the hospital. But I will NEVER eat here again. Very sad — I could’ve well spent a $ 1000 here a year because I love me my chicken and curry. lol. But I’ll be visiting elsewhere from now on where workers are actually happy and grateful for their customers and offer at least«decent» service and the food is both tasty and not overpriced. You can have your thai teas and the change, THAIBOX!~

The food is still decent for fast food but the customer service really went down the last time I came. I placed an order online and came by to pick it up. The woman was incredibly rude when she asked for my signature for her copy of the receipt and I noticed it was 2 dollars more than what I was told when I paid online. When I asked her about it, she gave me attitude like I just insulted her family honor, gave me the stank eye, said she didn’t know anything about that and then walked away with me still holding the pen, confused. The other employee sitting on a stool near the cash register just continued to play his guitar and didn’t look up at once. It’s fast and convenient but I was pretty heartbroken to receive such crappy service from one of my favorite fast-food thai places.

Whoa, this concept is good, but the food is very subpar. I should have known better. Got a grilled teriyaki salmon, and it took over ten minutes(they tell you this) because they have to grill or fresh. I was thinking… please please don’t cook my fish for that long! And it came out, well… dry because they did. It was drizzled with some teriyaki sauce and the brown rice that it came with didn’t complement it too well. The boyfriend got a chicken fried rice and it also wasn’t very good. He eats everything and eats it all usually, even if it’s not good, but this time, he ate a quarter of his entrée and just stopped. There are so so so many other Thai restaurants near here with the same prices(roughly $ 10/entrée), so please just go to one of those and get it to-go if you need it in a hurry!

What a great concept of a «fast food» thai restaurant. The only reason I say fast food is your food gets to you quite fast! Their food is super authentic! My 2 favorite dishes that you can’t go wrong with is the pad see ew and the yellow curry at level 5 spice! Yummy! In addition their plates which are awesome to go boxes are the best to reuse :) I literally love this place! If you are looking for a quick but quality lunch/dinner this is a definite go to!

Came here Christmas day, and loved it! There were two people working a man in the front as a cashier and a woman in the back cooking. He was beyond friendly and ran US through the menu and answered any questions we had. It was so great to see a smiling, happy person so welcoming on Christmas. He truly was happy for the business and we were beyond happy to be supporting such a great business on Christmas. So the food was great we got edamame, which could have used more salt but was great. I had lo mien noodles with beef, my boyfriend had orange chicken which he enjoyed; the chicken pieces are monster so you will need a knife for that one. My boyfriend also got fried dumplings, and eggdrop soup that was very tasty. Overall the food was good but the people and the service is what makes this place. Friendly hardworking people are enough to bring me back time after time.

Fast and convenient for lunch. They serve American-Chinese dishes(orange chicken) and Thai dishes. I got an order of yellow curry with white rice and no bell peppers. It was lovely and satisfied my Thai curry craving. You can choose the meat for your curry. Choices are beef, chicken, and shrimp. I recommend chicken. They also have custard desserts and ice cream. I had the custard with sticky rice. I’d pass on it next time. I didn’t like the texture of the custard. It tasted like a fail attempt of flan. I did like the sticky rice though with coconut milk on top. I could eat that alone. All in all, I would come back or go for lunch when working near the area.

Décor: 3⁄5 –The booth are looking a bit worn –Door handles to the washroom are dirty Service: 4⁄5 –you’re given a buzzer but it doesn’t buzz, your order gets served to your table Food: 2.5÷5 –I tried beef pad thai($ 8). The portions were plenty and you’ll be full. The pad thai was too salty and I couldn’t finish the generous portion of noodles. Protein is a bit scarce.

4 stars for ‘fast, casual Thai’(the owner’s description is so apropos). Ordered off the Thai menu(basil rice, green curry with tofu and veggies, curry Thai fried rice)-3 entrees, 4 appetizers, $ 32. That’s dinner for 2 and lunch(leftovers) for 2 — Ballin on a budget. Corn patties, classic egg rolls, mini egg rolls, and fried dumplings with chicken(reportedly) were all good. What was better was the manager/owner. Have you ever had someone listen to every word you spoke on the phone, and act on every request in 10 minutes or less? I hadn’t until today. As picky as my orders always are(sub out eggplant for broccoli please; no onion, no egg, no carrot, etc.), he was patient, and the order was perfect . I’ll definitely return for a quick Thai fix. First impression was spot on. We carried out to the parking lot for a couple of quick bites. Then a few more. We sat 30 minutes nibbling on our new finds, before we headed back to eat at home LOL. It was that good. High quality quick(not fast — sometimes bad connotations are associated with the phrase fast food) food. Try it.
