My wife and I wanted to take out carpet on the second floor and replace with wood. Andrew patiently walked us through all of our choices, including non wood choices at the showroom. His depth of knowledge was most helpful.
The team that came to take up the carpet and lay the wood floors a week later continued this level of service. On time, diligent and very neat. By the way a 4 day job turned into 3.
We love our new floor and would recommend Thomas Tile for any size project. The level of professionalism, communication, and final project completion was outstanding.

What a wonderful experience from the minute I walked into the showroom until the installer walked out our door. The help we received was invaluable. The staff was knowledgable about all of the products. The installers were prompt, professional and very hardworking. Everyone that has seen our new carpeting has loved it as much as we do. I can’t rave enough about this adventure!

I had been looking for some replacement ceramic tiles and had been to all the major hardware stores looking for one that would match what I have with no luck nothing even close… Then I went into Thomas Tile & Carpet browsing around I still didn’t find anything. The sales person there her name was KIm she asked if she could help and boy oh boy did she… She showed me a few options and said to give her a few days and low and behold she found me a great option… She went above and beyond to help and really this wasn’t even a sale of more than a few dollars but that didn’t stop her. Thank You so much Thomas Tile and Carpet Supply and a very special thanks to Kim! Great to know we have a business in our town that cares about it’s customers.

During a kitchen remodel, went to Thomas Tile and Carpet for a quote on tile grout. brought in my tile as well as wall dimensions. Ask for their assistance in ordering the correct amount of grout. We were told that what we purchased was non refundable, however we were miss quoted by one 18lb container. They told us to think of any extra grout as an insurance policy. now they refuse to help us. Have written to the BBB and will continue to post remarks to worn other consumers of their misleading business practices.
