My server was outstanding. I wasn’t sure what to expect but Brandee went above and beyond to make sure I knew the beer selection and even explained the food in detail. If all the servers are as attentive as Brandee then you are doing something right!

The idea of sports bars is SPORTS. It’s the damn national championship and the manager is more concerned about music. Are you kidding me? The 3 stars are for the outstanding service. Management get your head out of your asses!

Husband and I are here from Colorado for work. Holly was a great waitress. Had drinks and dinner. Wine was not as cold as I like it. Husband had burger and fries, which was good. I tried the buttermilk chicken sliders, YUM! Flavors were amazing. Lots of TVs. Wasn’t to busy but it was Easter Sunday, definitely enjoyed. We are here for awhile and will be back. Decent prices…

I’m a very regular customer at this location. I’m very familiar with the staff as well as the other regular customers. I only have one problem with this location and her name is Regal. She works behind the bar and is usually working when I go in. Typically when Regal is working I get ignored and snubbed. I can handle that. What I can not tolerate is being overcharged for beers I didn’t drink. The FIRST time this happened(yes it’s been more than once) I was willing to overlook it. The manager took the beers off my tab and we squared it away. The second time she did this, I started taking it personal. I, again, spoke with management and the beers were taken off. This time however Regal made her disdain known by blurting out loudly in front of other customers and staff that I «do this all the time». Certainly not the case, as I am not looking for free drinks. After discussing this with a fellow patron who gets very different treatment from her told me that she confided in him that she doesn’t like me «because he’s a lousy tipper». After the 3rd instance where this same girl(Regal) overcharged me, I felt the need to write this review. I find this highly offensive that she constantly does this and treats me this way, she try’s to humiliate me and embarrass me in front of other customers and waitstaff saying that I do that all the time. I don’t ever have this issue or problem with any of the other servers or any other place I go. I’ve talked to management on 2 separate occasions and they’ve done their part and have treated me with respect and I appreciate that. But once again back at the bar it starts over. I don’t know what else to do. Yesterday when I asked to speak to the manager after she pulled this on me again and loudly proclaimed«he does this all the time» while laughing and scoffing at me she told me «he’s fucking over there, go and talk to him»! Wow! I couldn’t believe twin peaks would allow one of their own staff to talk to a paying customer like that using such language. I can honestly say that I don’t have any other problems ever with any of the other servers or staff. They are all great and I enjoy going there with the exception of her constant harassment. PLEASEADVISE!

My boyfriend and I, are regular customers here. Tonight we went to Twin Peaks and got scammed. We were at a two seat table and decided to switch to a bigger table because our friends were meeting us there. Our waitress moved us to a different table and had us pay the bill and start a new tab. I went home early because I was tired. My boyfriend got the bill at the end of the night and it had the charge on it from the previous table. He told them that he had already paid that. The manager and waitress called him a liar. She lied straight to everyone’s face and said that he never paid the bill. We are pretty sure she just pocketed our money. The manager would not pull up transactions to prove we paid. He said he couldn’t prove that we paid. He was very rude!!! We should have paid on card. I have contacted corporate. We will NEVER come to this location again. WEGOTSCAMMED and they are probably scamming more people. We love Twin Peaks, but this outrageous!!! We will be taking care of this with corporate and going to a different location.

I like Twin Peaks, and I had a most excellent burger, and the waitress was friendly. However I will not go to this location again because the restaurant allows smoking. I could smell the stench the moment I walked in the door, even though no one was visibly smoking at the time. Later I saw someone lighting up in the main dining area. I’ve also never understood the appeal of high tables. Virtually all of them in this restaurant are high, except for the separate room at the front which appears to be a cigar lounge. There are lots of restaurant choices in Addison, and not all of them are smoky. I will go elsewhere next time.

Pre-holiday office drinks led me to Twin Peaks… definitely not the place you’d normally find me but I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Parking was easy… A table of 7 was seated right away which was appreciated. I tried, and ended up getting, their house blonde. The waitress was friendly and prompt. She did a good job of checking in on us frequently enough especially since it was busy. Between the half-priced beers(happy hour), the TVs and the way more than you can eat and really good prices(and yes, the attractive wait staff), I can see why folks become«regulars» here. My only complaint was that the bathroom is located right next to the cigar lounge which isn’t pleasant if you are a non-smoker.

Half priced beers, lots of big screen tvs and beautiful ladies, what’s not to like? I recommended their sliders rather than their burgers.

Decided to grab a late night dinner — had a taste for a good juicy burger. The staff was friendly upon arrival bit the service started to go down hill shortly after placing the order. Next time I’ll sit at the bar or be sure I’m with a larger group in order to get the level of service received just 2 tables or from me. There is a nice cigar lounge that I would love to try out next time.

I’ve been to several Twin Peaks locations & receive the same, low quality service every time, but this Addison location is the worst by far! While spending time with my husband & his friends at the bar, I was repeatedly ignored by the bartenders(yes, plural). One of the servers was hitting on my husband while I was sitting right next to him which I don’t mind because they work for tips, right? Well, this girl seemed to want more, while flirtatiously touching his shoulder or poking him if he said something funny then glaring at me. On another occasion I heard a waitress tell another employee that they should only allow ugly girls in so that the men only notice them. If you’re a Twin Peaks girl, it’s only because you’re too trashy to be anything better.

You’ll like the burgers, and the buns too… Hey, gotta admit I didn’t have high expectations for the food here. But the burger was actually one of the better burgers I’ve had. The glazed onions, sharp cheddar cheese and other toppings made the burger. Would have been 5 stars if they served fresh hand-made patties instead of using preformed frozen meat. But it still was surprisingly good.

So i think TP is kind of awesome if you keep it in the proper perspective and don’t spend too much time here. The beer is super cold and the girls are friendly and usually pretty cute. I like to stop in for a beer at the beginning of my evening but i usually go elsewhere in the ‘hood for better food and cocktails. So if you have 30 mins to spare at the beginning or end of your night — this is the place.

Always friendly service and great food. I am a big fan of the Chicken Ranch sandwich, steak salad, macaroni and cheese w/bacon bits, and queso with chili! This particular location never seems to be too crowded except for the Friday lunch rush. I have been to a few Twin Peaks locations and I have to say the only draw back for the Addison location is the layout. The one in Irving off of 635 is much more open with a lot more seating and parking availability. The tables at the Addison location are crammed together and it is very likely that you will get stuck along a wall, railing, or in the corner with wooden pillars blocking most of your view from the main dining room/large televisions.

Went here to watch the fight with a few friends since this place was one of a few places that show the fight. It was crazy busy. The food/drinks were good. Reasonable priced. Fun astomsphere. Overall great place to watch the games.

Since moving to Dallas 4 years ago I never felt the urge to checkout just another Hooters-like breastaurant. However, I ended up in this Twin Peaks for lunch. I was pleasantly surprised. Yeah, the girls are hot and skimpily clad but we actually got great service as well. And the food was surprisingly good considering it’s essentially a sports bar and grill. I hope to swing back by soon and try out their house-brewed beers.

This isn’t a bad place to go, the food is pretty good. I usually get the meatloaf, chicken fried steak or burger. It does look like the chicken fried steak got a bit smaller and it is usually mostly breading, but not bad. Beer is always cold. Waitresses are always attractive. It seems like no matter what type of woman you like, they will have one there you’ll like. It is hit or miss on how attentive they can be. I’ve noticed that many will hang out with certain customers at their table more often than others, maybe they are regulars and tip well? I’m all for attention like that. I think is also hit or miss on how busy it can be, especially in the evenings. I went in one late Friday night and expected it to be fairly busy, and it wasn’t. The place is usually fairly clean. It looks like tables are cleared within minutes of customers leaving. Overall this isn’t a bad place. I like it better than Hooters.

The food was tasty. I tried but didn’t enjoy the waitresses with their nakedness or their seemingly inappropriate flirting with the fellas. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak and especially liked however they prepared the bread. I also had the mini apple turnovers which were quite gooey and enjoyable. In the end, I have to admit that I might return to try the BBQ pulled pork nachos because I usually just cannot pass up pulled pork nachos. But the atmosphere was a put off for me.

I first dropped by here as my nearby hotel recommended it as a place where I could catch the US Men’s team playing the World Cup game. Colour me surprised, but I did not expect Texans to give a damn about what’s known as football in the rest of the world, so Twin Peaks was filled to the capacity. I was able to find myself a seat at the bar, and given that it was high summer, the exceedingly-cold beers were a welcome relief. I followed that up with fried pickles and a chicken-fried steak, so another few beers were needed to cool back down. The bar, while convenient, really isn’t that great if you want a little space, as it gets packed. The next time I came back I asked for a high-top table near the bar. That’s when I met an absolute sweetheart of a server named Agustina. She set me up with a man-size Gold Digger, and brought out queso & chips followed by a fantastic meatloaf. While I may have thought that bar service was speedy, Agustina’s service was attentive. Oh — one thing I forgot to mention. Smoking is allowed in here, and while I’ve not had a cigarette for years, this means that Twin Peaks is also vape-friendly. Unfortunately, e-ciggs have been getting a bad reputation of late, so it was a pleasure to find a place that didn’t mind me vaping between courses or while enjoying a drink. I look forward to coming back here next time I’m in town and need a screen(or 20) to watch a game on.

No Body will beat their amazing Happy Hour! Love Beer? I do! So Twin Peaks has their own 3 beers on tap! The blonde taste amazing! They have a temp gage that reads 27 or 28 degrees that the beer is hold at! When it pours out, your beer is ICECOLD!!! During HH, which starts at an amazing 2PM************** Their small beers are a BUCK and their big beers are 2BUCKS!!!(Twin Peaks) You can not beat it. They have dollar off for the bar drinks. Which is cool because they have specality shots that are normally 3.95, during happy hours they are 2.95. In addition to their drink specials, their appetizers are awesone. The first four items on the menu for the appetizer part are 4 bucks. And please get the fried cheese because its so freaking good! Their wings are hot and fresh. And its killing Hooters by far and if you love seasoned fries, heres the place to go, because their fries actually taste home made, which is rare to find! And if you love steak and salad, they have a mouth watering steaksalad. Bar is clean and staff is super cool! Truly enjoyed my time here, I will be back! Thanks to my bartender, thank you lady! You rocked!

Let’s start with the food first: actually pretty good. I came in with somewhat low expectations, yet left a little surprised. The appetizers(chicken wings) were of good quantity, and quite spicy. If I had one complaint, I wouldn’t serve so many drumlets as opposed to the wings themselves. My wife prefers the actual wing, and out of 10 wings, I counted 8 drumlets. Which meant that guess who ate 8 drumlets? Yep. No matter(she was able to get an additional appetizer). The beer was super, super cold! I know that part of Twin Peak’s advertising is to serve it at 29 degrees, and it showed. I had a draft Dos Equis in a «man mug», which is pretty much 24 ounces of beer, I think. Its probably more. I was satisfied with it, either way. The drink choices were average yet with a good selection. Now, to the girls. I know that Twin Peaks is a competitor of Hooter’s and such. I get that. Yet wow, most of these girls were wearing bathing suits almost! And not to complain(I like bathing suits), but some of these girls looked like they were 14 or 15 years old. And it really did feel a little weird. Its one of those things where you see them coming to and around your table, and you are almost looking at the ceiling because you don’t want to feel as if you are going to be busted by Dallas PD for looking at a minor in skimpy clothing. Either way, the customer service was actually pretty good. Overall, I’ll go back. Why? I love beer, I love good food, the customer service was good, and there are plenty of TV’s in the place to watch the Cowboys and whoever else.
