Denny’s

I love Denny’s but the customer service in this place is just terrible. I called ahead of time to get something to-​go. Walked in and no one was at the desk, I made eye contact with employees in the back but not one of them even acknowledged the fact that I needed assistance. I hate it that no matter how much you love a place, customer service just ruins it for you.

Probably only good if you’re drunk and have a terrible sense of judgement. The staff is definitely bringing down the business. Owners should reconsider their employees and train some motivated people. How do you mess up a classic franchise? Come here and you’ll see.

Blank this place it was gross I didn’t even finish my food. They apologized 3 times throughout my dinner about taking to long. Btw there were maybe 4 other tables. Hit and miss it was definitely a miss.

Sometimes the wait is a little long, but the staff is amazing. I come in once a week, so I’ve gotten to know a few people there. A couple of employees I’d like to shout out! The waitress Martha is always so nice and sweet, takes care of our every need. I love seeing her there! Another waitress named Rosie, can’t get any better than her. She works so fast and so hard I applaud her. I’ve been coming here since high school and I’m glad to see the service never changes.

I frequent Dennys first time to this location and wow simply amazing service from start to finish. I’ve never ever received my food as fast as I did here. Again awesome service we will be returning here for sure in the future.

I had a T-​bone steak and mozzarella sticks… and I couldn’t stop using the restroom the whole next day. I was perfectly fine until I ate here. Never again!

If I could I would give them a negative 5 stars. I visited the restaurant on 11÷18÷15 I arrived about 5:30 am. I was the only customer. I ordered country fried steak. I ordered eggs over medium. They were served over hard. The hash browns were very greasy. I could only taste vegetable oil. I sent my toast back as the bread was not toasted and it was gold with a lot of cold butter smeared all over. Toast was brought back warm, barely toasted still only bread with a glob of butter. Meat was good.
Granting the cook sucks and should find another career the server served me this horrible meal. He did not check back. Never brought me a check. No tip!
Restaurant was dirty. The carpets were dirty, trash under the tables. My bench seat in booth was dirty, I had to wipe off. The ladies room was disgusting. Toilets were filthy, empty seat protector dispensers and two bugs crawling on the floor. How dirty is the kitchen.
I’m now googling the number for the health department.

On my way to Vegas and we needed to stop for a sit down place. This place was packed! So busy! Thought that might have bode well for me. No such luck. We ordered a slam and everything was cold. I asked for crispy bacon. Nope. The ham was cold. The toast was cold. The pancakes were cold. The whole meal was gross. So disappointed. I should have sent it back but I was in a hurry to get back on the road. Would not recommend it at all. Server was nice and felt bad but didn’t do anything. Don’t waste your time or money

Went in to get ice cream at 10:50 pm. Lots of people, waitresses wandering around, only 1 of 9 tables has food. Everyone looking around to see where the waitresses are and going to take their order. I over hear that one order was made wrong and was being reddone. Another issue I didn’t pay attention to. At 11:05 I decided that I would wait a little longer for someone to at least acknowledge us or other patrons and say we will be right with you. 11:12 a group of ⁶⁄₇ people, walk in, sit down… guess what, the waitress walked over to their table and was taking orders in under 6 minutes. My party of four got up and left. Please teach your staff how to handle their jobs. I work in this industry as executive asdistant for the CEO of a chain of restaurants. This is not how you conduct proper customer relations. Worst

My fish and chips were over cooked (Not recommended). The pancakes were alright. The service was pretty good.

If it was possible I would give this Dennys negative stars, reason being my girlfriend and I are regular Dennys travlers and have had amazing service at every other Dennys excluding Oxnard and you look at their reviews its bad. At least there I got my food and drinks in the hour I was there. I came in during night shift and it took 5 mins to be seated not even greeted, while 2 waiters were sitting behind us not once did we get the chance to order drinks, we sat there for 15 minutes before walking out I am a very dissatisfied customer. Store manager please check your cameras today and fire somebody. Time approx. 1230−1245am 11-​8-​2014

visited Denny’s this evening, very disappointed, took forever to even be acknowledged let alone be seated. then totally ignored by all waiters, a couple came into the restaurant about 5 mins after us and was asked what they wanted before anybody had come to offer us anything. my suggestion for visitors to Denny’s in Adelanto is go there in the morning, you get attentive, great service by pleasant waiters who realize that to make tip money you have to actually serve a customer. also for the record the restaurant was nowhere near busy. very poor attitude from the night staff, i definitely will not go again at night, it has also makes me think why bother with Denny’s at all if cannot maintain standards with their staff, especially with the choices of restaurants close to Denny’s. i highly recommend Rubio’s and their delicious fish tacos that i enjoyed along with their pleasant and helpful service.

One of the better Denny’s. The staff is super nice and they are quick to get the food out too you. I like to come very early and get breakfast to go to take home. Never dissapoints.

Service rates along with the food. Always attentive to diners needs. Prices are affordable without sacrificing quality

Denny’s is Denny’s what can I say? They are always kid friendly and have awesome breakfast options :) They are a little slow on service sometimes, but its not because they are chatting in the back somewhere. They are clean, and efficient. Kid friendly :)

There was nothing but desert and bushes for miles around. I was glad this Denny’s was here.
It is a Denny’s with the typical Denny’s characteristics. Mediocre food but excellent service. My pot roast tasted like it came out of a Swanson’s frozen dinner. Our server Rebacca was super sweet to us. She chatted with us, checked on us regularly and refilled our drinks promptly.

Awesome service By out Server Martha!!! She was very personable and attentive to our table and our needs! By far the best Denny’s ive ever been to!
We were truly happy with her service, food was also delicious!
Next time I’m in Adelanto, Ca ill be sure to stop.

Denny’s has always been hit and miss in my life. It always depends on whos in the the kitchen, who your server is, and how many people are in the joint. I am gonna give this place a solid three because I’ve never had a problem other than waiting too long for a refill or waiting for my food. I can attribute that to it being really busy but the service is usually spot on. I have never had my order messed up and the staff is very friendly. So Crazy Fox says 3 stars
