Love their Marble cheese, pepper jack and Gouda. Some farmers markets have their cheese, Sendiks also has a limited amount. Worth the drive the drive especailly in fall.

Beechwood cheese curds are the best first Saturday of the month they are fresh. I have tried others and they are my favorite and their other cheese are fantastic also!!!

Though I have not been to the shop, I do get cheese from here often from a friend. In terms of cheese, it’s top notch! They have a wide variety of flavors ranging from the typical cheddar/sharp cheddar, to the unique flavors such as sweet basil, garlic jack, and chicken noodle soup cheese(yes, it DOES taste like chicken noodle soup — it’s crazy!). Everything I have tried is delicious. I like to experiment with the varieties on my cheeseburgers and«grownup»(ie not Kraft Singles) grilled cheeses. And, of course, eat it by itself because I LOVE cheese! The cheese curds are a must! I’ve heard they make all their cheese the first of the month, so if you want fresh cheese and the best selection, be sure to go the beginning of the month.

Really tiny shop, really delicious cheese! If you can find this place(b/c it took my friend and I an hour(plus!) to get here) stock up b/c like that scary tiger thing in the beginning of Aladdin, this place will disappear and you can never find it again! The people there were very nice and very helpful, I described my cheese needs and they did everything they could to accommodate me. They had samples so I could taste their different cheeses etc. I really recommend the Chicken Soup cheese, it tastes like a big ‘olé bowl of Cambells! Seriously, it’s amazing. They also gave me a free bag of cheese curds. How nice!
