Studio J Salon

Went to Studio J three times. First time, everything was great. Second time, hairdresser was almost an hour late because she forgot she had an appointment with me. Today, arrived for my appointment to find it was canceled and no call. Tomorrow I start a new job and I have grey roots. Would not recommend. Unreliable.

Studio J Salon is a full-​service salon that does great work while not being too stuffy or expensive. The employees are fun and friendly — just watching them laugh and interact is a good time. They are also very good at what they do, whether it’s hair, nails, pedis, or waxing. OMG my eyebrows look amazing when I actually think to get them done there (Not gonna lie, right now they are terrifying, clearly I need to stop by Studio J!)
They only have one pedicure chair and one manicure table, so that can make it difficult when I just want to drop in for a mani/​pedi, so I guess you’d want to make a reservation if that’s your plan.
I’ve never really had a problem getting a walk-​in haircut but I’m no expert. (Admittedly, I get haircuts much less often than pedicures.)
