A Concrete Washout Systems

On time, very friendly staff. Driver was able to manuever roll off into a very difficult area and drop in exact location I asked for. The secretary was very friendly and helpful. I am a contractor in Malibu and have used them several times and will continue to do so.

My one star rating is for the driver who delivered our roll-​off dumpster on time and who was very professional.
My phone exchanges with this company were completely off the mark. For all I knew, I could have called someone’s home, not a business. Is the name of the company «A-​Concrete Washout Systems, Inc «or is it «Agoura Equipment Rentals» ?? Seems deceiving to have 2 different company names.
At time of setup, I was asked to provide a credit card for the delivery & haul away of $ 190.00. I was told by the woman in the office who shall remain nameless (I believe she is the only office employee anyway) that once the dumpster was emptied, she would provide me with a copy of the dump fees slip and send an invoice for the remaining balance. After the dumpster was hauled away, I was out of town for a week. While I was away, the company charged my credit card for the delivery fee + the dumpster fees. I returned home to find 4 missed calls from this company on my caller ID, but only ONE message. After sorting my mail, there was NO invoice or dump slip sent to me by A-​Concrete Wash OR Agoura Equipment Rental. I called the ‘office’ and was told to call a different phone # to reach their sole office employee. She stated that since she couldn’t reach me, she went ahead and charged the card for everything. WOW! I guess she thought it was ok to charge a customer’s credit card WITHOUT authorization?! I never signed anything, I never gave verbal permission for the amount that was charged. I may be disputing the ENTIRE transaction with my bank.
Horrible. Will never use this company’s services again.
It’s a shame, there are so many dumpster companies to choose from… especially when my husband owns a General Construction company who would repeat business.
