Hire some nice people. Grumpy b word employees who can’t handle the pressure of too many people and resort to snapping at children and refusing more than 2 samples is gonna lose you business. You just lost mine and several other families.

I agree with everyone about the service. There’s this one gal that is just awful! Rude, non-​accommodating, looks like she feels miserable and acts even worse. If you use Coupons or have special requests, it’s as if all hell broke loose!

I went in to BR today to surprise the family with ice cream cones. I asked that they put them in cups with the cones on top because there was no way I could drive holding four double scoop cones. The gal says ok no problem. Then another lady working there tells me I have to pay extra for a cup and a cone. I asked for something to hold the cones then as there was no way I could drive. She said they don’t have them. In a nutshell the price per cone if you can’t hold four cones and drive is 25 cents more a cone. Oh and she told me the mark up was fine because I was still paying less than the regular posted price because apparently today they were running a special. How does that make me feel better about what happened and what about when there is no special going on.
Why should A person be required to pay more for a cone because the store won’t provide carriers?
My family ended up with no cones because I refused to pay a surcharge for something clearly needed to be able to bring their product home.
Another company with subpar customer service and disengaged and rude employees who justify add on fees with absurd reasoning.

Looking at my friends delicious ice cream. WOW. Store is very clean and busy.

The gal who helped me here last weekend was not very happy to be here. I really felt like I was annoying her by ordering 2 cones. Then when I added a coupon to the situation, that was it for her. I get that working here probably can be frustrating at times but I’m seriously one of the nicest customers ever. Please be nicer to your customers. I won’t be coming back here because I don’t like feeling like I’m troubling someone with my business.

My kids LOVE this place. As far as ice cream quality goes, this place beats Sweet XO and Thrifty’s. There is always a flavor for everyone in my family to enjoy. We also adore the service! My kids love the teen with the short curly hair, she’s always so patient with them, and always has a smile on her face! So endearing! I highly recommend!

Whenever I need a little pick me up I say to my husband, let’s go to Baskin Robbins. My favorite is the hot fudge sundae. I know folks have lots of choices for ice cream fare, but I like the hot fudge sauce at 31 flavors. Yum!

Had a coupon, (that I got from coupon sherpa), and they would not take it! Said it had to be printed. A bit ridiculous considering the day and age we’re in. Don’t understand why they can’t write down the number off my phone.

I feel like I come here every time I visit Oak Park. The service I’ve gotten has always been good. The only downside to this location is the fact that it is really small. There is barely any sitting room inside, and there are no chairs or tables outside. I always find myself eating in the car after buying ice cream here, which sucks. but that never stops us from coming back.

The ice cream is good but there is never anyone working that even speaks halfway decent English. It bugs me that I have to make motions and point around just to get toppings on ice cream. It’s not a good enough reason to stop going, it’s just irritating.

I tried to purchase ice cream at 9:59pm (before their closing time) and they didn’t let me in. I’m pretty sure that’s illegal to lock the door before their posted closing time.

Never order a cake with an image from this location! All they have to do is print your image on edible paper and place it on top of the cake. Something this simple went way wrong. They cut off part of the image, it wasn’t centered, it wasn’t laid flat so you could see crinkles and bubbles, the colors were dull, the writing was not legible, the frosting on the side wasn’t flat, the color of the trim didn’t match the colors of the image. It was a total disaster!

My girlfriend and I are dessert freaks and frequently get ice cream from this Baskin Robbins. We usually get the 3 scoop sunday with rockey road ice cream, hot fudge, melted marshmellow, and whipped cream. The staff here are friendly. The building is kept very clean, the staff are always cleaning their work space and their instruments. I will definately be going back many times.
