Just about 18 months in and the introductory price has long since expired. Can see why some people jump from service to service. Picture still great on TV and internet pretty fast… but price is way to high now. Ala carte TV cable service would be great as only watch maybe 2 dozen channels tops but industry will never go for it(how else can they gouge consumer?). Inconvenient to switch, but to save almost $ 50 per month will learn to deal. Again, good service and product — may even be back to them in 2016.

AWFUL customer service. I asked for a simple transfer of my current service to a new address. I have Verizon Fios TV and Internet with no contract, and no backup/storage software. They screwed up and ordered me as a Triple Play with TV, Internet and phone, backup/storage and a 2 year contract, none of which I ordered or wanted. And now they are telling me that they can’t cancel this order because it is already in process. Are you kidding me? You royally screwed up Verizon, and you are telling me that I have to pay for things that I did not order? I simply asked for a transfer of my current service. Also, their customer service double talks, is confusing, and doesn’t know what they are talking about. They seem completely untrained. Try another company people.
