I don’t know why we have to give any stars. I was Very disappointed in the customer service we received. Their were 2 sales people on the floor when we entered & not one of them greeted us which is fine until I needed help. I asked the sales girl Maya if I could see a backpack I couldn’t reach & she seemed annoyed that I was bothering her, while I was looking at the backpack she just stood there looking at me to hurry up & make up my mind in the mean time my daughter asked her what was the difference with these 2 stuffed animals they looked exactly the same but were different prices again she seemed annoyed & had to check. She went to check & came back & said it was a mistake and should be the higher price I asked her if they would honor the lower price & she said No! I asked her to speak with the Manager his name is Ash & he said No as well because people like to change the price tags. At that point I felt very offended I felt like he was accusing me of changing price tags I told him look at your cameras & see if I did something like that! I think the way Ash handled the situation was very rude, they said they couldn’t honor the lower price of $ 2.00 because they are a small business. I ended buying nothing from this store & never will. I went to ToysRus across the street and ended up paying $ 4.00 less for the same item. Maybe Animation Magic should spend some money & teach their staff Customer Service. It doesn’t matter if your a small or big business treat your customers with respect!

Not once was I ever greeted or asked if I needed help with anything, 2 young girls were too busy trying to figure out what they were going to order to eat on the computer; couldn’t decide if they wanted toast or hashbrowns, really? This store is overly stocked, cluttered, etc. A girl coming out of the backroom carrying a lot of stuff couldn’t say excuse me so just bumps me and looks back as if she dropped something then keeps walking. Definitely will not shop here.

It’s really funny how people complain about not getting a hello or they asked if you needed help. Like, if you need help, then ask. Ask and he shall receive. Plus, don’t lie and say you’ve always been greeted upon entering EVERY store you’ve been in. Just because you’ve had one bad experience you’re gonna tell everyone. It’s just one setback and you’re gonna let it determine whether or not you’re gonna shop there in the future? That’s childish, don’t you think? I’m a loyal customer. Whether or not they cater to my every need I still love this place. They’ve been in business for so long. They must be doing something right.

If I had a choice is rather not give this store any stars. How difficult is it to greet your only customer that walks in to the store? Even as I stood over the register trying to take a peak of the frozen items. This location and the Ala Moana location need to learn to at least say hi to their customer and acknowledge that there even is a customer in their store. I’ve been to multiple location several times to look for frozen items for my daughter in the past couple of months, not once was I greeted, asked if I needed any help, or asked if I wanted to take a look at something, and mind you I was the only person in the store. The sales associates constituted to chit chat about what ever business they were chatting about before I walked in. After several attempts to make a purchase at both locations I’ve given up and will no longer be shopping at this store. I don’t demand full attention but a simple hello would be nice!

It is just so pleasant to be greeted in a very genuine manner when entering a store. I am always greeted by at least one of the staff warmly. Have found the staff to very helpful when in need of assistance finding a product or size. There is such a wide range of fun shirts themed around popular childrens favorite shows and movies.
