Never again! Not only did I get the most unhelpful and unfriendliest salesperson (Joy) ever, I also got charged twice for it. Terrible experience all the way around!

Gayle was absolutely amazing in helping my husband pick out and design my ring. He shopped around at a few other stores and was given the cold shoulder by many people (he didn’t know what he was looking for! Our first marriage lol) But Gayle helped him understand the shapes and designs and I couldn’t be happier with my ring! We will always go back to her for all our jewelry needs!

I went to Ben Bridge in Pearlridge because I usually shop at Ben Bridge Ala Moana, but was recently intentionally overcharged by the asst manager there. I suppose I may have been dressed down, in shorts, tank top and slippers, hair up in a pony tail. I get no assistance at first, but finally an older woman walks over and asks what i was looking for. Her name is Gayle. I tell her that I am looking for a diamond band to wear with my wedding ring. I find one with no help from her, and ask to try it on next to my ring (which i also got from Ben Bridge). She reluctantly opens the glass case and hands it to me. Each time I asked to see a ring, she seemed like she did not want to show it to me! Anyway, she tells me that she can find out how much to make one in yellow gold (they only had it in white gold for sale). So she takes my name and number and tells me she doesn’t even know how long it will take to get a quote «all depends on how long they take to get back to me».
So, i leave, walk out, and then decide maybe I will purchase that one to take home and show it to my wife before I wait «who knows how long» to even find out how much it will cost. I go back and ask another girl for help. While the girl is about to ring me up, Gayle comes over and tells me in her bitchy voice, «you know you can’t return it if you wear it». I say it’s fine, I just want to show it to my wife to see if she likes it too. I say your return policy right here says that I have xx days to return it, I’ll return it right away when we decide. She says «NO, if it gets damaged, or if you wear it, you won’t be able to return it, I’m just trying to help you out here». UH REALLY? ARE YOU? She wasn’t even helping me at that point, I was someone else’s customer. I told her that she gave me the WORST service I have ever gotten from Ben Bridge! I will DEFINITELY NOT be buying anything else from this store, EVER! I am just disgusted that I have so many pieces of jewelry from this store that needs inspecting twice a year! Crap! If not, I would never even step foot in here again!
I don’t know if she thought I couldn’t afford it, or if she didn’t like me being gay! But WTF!!!
A few days later I went to the WEDDING RING SHOP, and was treated SO MUCH BETTER! And also purchased a nicer ring there!
Too bad there isn’t a ZERO STAR RATING!

Was visiting from Boston and decided to buy my new Rolex here, less two percent tax, friendly and very knowledgable service. have two sons and will be definitely coming back to purchase my second Rolex here. great staff!

After much shopping around for an engagement ring I ended my search at Ben bridge pearlridge. The friendly staff and age of the business sold me. You can get better prices elsewhere. But I found better value in the signature series diamonds vs other retailers.

Outstanding quality, selection and prices on diamond wedding bands. Gayle was extremely helpful & did not pressure us at all unlike the sales people at several of the other jewelry stores we visited. Not only did they clean both my engagement ring and a family heirloom ring for free, but they resized my wedding band for free and repaired the settings on my family heirloom ring at substantial discount. I would highly recommend Ben Bridge to anyone in the wedding ring market.

I thought I looked presentable to go jewelry shopping… collared shirt/slacks/groomed.but with the customer service I got you would’ve thought I was a homeless person strolling thru the mall.
Stopped by Ben bridge for a Pandora mothers day gift. Walked in early morning so a «rough day» could not have been the excuse. No greeting. just «can I help you?». Knew exactly what I needed and I guess because it didn’t cost more than $ 50 she wasn’t diggin it. Didn’t catch the name but it was the younger Filipino gal. Either I reminded her of a ill ex-​boyfriend or she just hated her job. Either way she was a total «Debbie Downer». No smile. no thanks… no ALOHA. When she was gonna ring me up she just said «register» & walked away. Wtf? Way to upsell sales lady. Only reason its 2 stars is cuz they had the charm. I know im already paying 400% markup on jewelry… the least you could do is apply Vaseline. *SWAG*

The sales people here must love me. Ive been there several times to purchase Pandora Charms for my wife and gifts for wifes friends and its the easiest sale they have ever done. I usually already know what we get so as soon as we walk in, I just say, «I need this, this, and this» and its done! How much easier can that get?
Long ago, I bought some items from the store which I thought were expensive compared to something of similar quality so I dont buy as much anymore but the fact that they offer Pandora charms brought me back because I know what to expect to pay for it.
The sales people are very nice and quick to process everything.
Will I be back? Of course! Vday coming soon… so if any of you sales people see me walking in, you wont have to try and sell me on the item, I probably already know what I want!

We finally came back to get a ring. Our price point changed so we started looking at rings from scratch. Back to the beginning.
Still, the sales people were super friendly, patient (I must have made her pull out at least 15 rings!), and accommodating. They have their own financing department, too, so it was super easy and fast to get what we wanted and know how much we had to spend.
After finding two rings I liked, we decided to walk around so I could think about it and so they could look into how much credit they would allow. We barely walked out when they called us to give us our spending limit! Yay!
Well, being me, I decided I didn’t like those first two anymore. So I kept looking. And I found my ring! It took a few days to get sized, but, with no money out of our pockets immediately, we were able to walk away with an engagement ring and wedding band set for $ 0 down and 0% interest for 12 months! Hot diggity!
LOVE my ring. LOVE that I can wear it without having to pay it off first. LOVE the friendly customer service at Ben Bridge. When I’m ready to upgrade (for the full amount paid), they’re definitely going to help me again!

Mae and Sheldon make my shopping experience at Ben Bridge wonderful! They are easy to talk to and provide useful suggestions in picking my engagement ring. Every time I come in they are quick to clean my rings and check them. I am definitely going back to «the Diamond people» for my next fine jewelry purchases!
Update: …and I did go back! I upgraded my engagement ring setting from a plain band to another that was more bling bling. Again, Mae let me try on all the settings that caught my eye before I finally settled on the one I liked. Mae made getting my new ring easy and fun!

I had to write a nice review about the store b/​c I usually never go into jewelry stores, but this one I like. Mark, the mgr, helped my family surprise me with bday and Xmas presents. When I went to get the watch sized Mark remembered them, but never let it slip that they bought something else for me. Christmas came and I was shocked to see another BB box. Shocked and happy, I love surprises!
The watch sizing was a great experience, he worked to get it just right and offered me Starbuck’s coffee while I waited. I like the variety of jewelry, some more modern and simple than other traditional stores. Next time I’m in the mall I’m going to cruise for a Pandora charm or maybe some earrings… they are nice and relaxed there, and the place is bright and spotless.

Strollin through the mall, I thought I’d stop by to check out the merchandise. My 1^st lap of surveillance provided eye candy of all types – rings, necklaces, bracelets, watches. However, I was immediately enchanted by the diamond solitaire pendants. *sigh*. What girl doesn’t like jewelry, right???
On lap #2, a short, bald, islander came over to inquire whether I wanted to try anything on. I politely declined, stating I was just looking. He tried to coax me by joking «Aw, come on! I’m bored!» I laughed him off and continued «oohing & ahhing» @ the emeralds.
By lap #3, I still couldn’t tear myself away from the diamond pendants & finally asked for help. Tried on princess & round cuts of all sizes. Dude asked if I had a special occasion & I replied «Kinda…» because:
1. I don’t buy jewelry for special occasions
2. I was honestly just window shopping
3. My birthday isn’t for a month
Finally settled on a princess cut that I couldn’t leave in the store. As he rang up the sale, he asked if it needed gift wrap. He shared that didn’t matter if I were purchasing it for myself or if I came in w/​someone to buy it for me. Most people prefer gift wrap. Why you’d wanna unwrap something when you know what’s inside is odd… but it’s all good.
He informed me that BB has a lifetime guarantee on its merchandise, as long as I bring my item back to the store every 6 months for inspection. I got a lil tracking card and given my lovely new rock, I’ll be back in August!
BTW – I can’t stop lookin @ this thing – LOL!!!
