If you need embroidery and don’t mind spending 3 times what other places charge, then this is the place for you. If you want to spend 3 times less then go to an embroidery shop in an industrial area.

Although this shop is in a convenient location, the fact that every time I come, they have a handwritten sign up that says «we’ll be right back». TERRIBLE! I waited over an hour to pick up my order and when I finally got it, the design wasn’t even what I had discussed. The guy that works there was overly friendly when I placed the order (calling me sweetheart and babe), but when I picked up my order and complained about the hour wait, he argued with me and said that it couldn’t be possible even when I proved to him that I had been waiting for that amount of time. NEVER EVER going to give my business to this place again! Wish I could give a negative rating.

Conveniently located in the Pearlridge Shopping Center, this place was the first that came to my mind when deciding I wanted to have a jacket airbrushed. The shop primarily provides the service of airbrushing penants, hats, clothing, accessories, and even motorcycles. Other items sold/​displayed in the shop would include art pieces, authentic athletic apparel (like jerseys), and other clothing.
When we first went in to price what we wanted done, the gentleman helping us, Sonny, was extremely nice! He was very helpful and thorough in explaining how our idea should be designed on the jacket, the process that would then follow, etc. Since he was not the actual airbrush artist that would be working on my jacket, we were told that I’d be contacted by phone in a couple days with the price and then if we were ok with it, the artist would proceed.
This is where I became a little frustrated, as nearly a week went by and I was not contacted. I physically went in to get a status on the jacket. Sonny, again, helped me and assured me that he would find out from the artist what was going on. He texted me, almost immediately, and informed me that the artist would be getting in touch with me that following Monday (it was Friday).
Monday came and I received no call. I decided to text Sonny to see what was going on… it was now Friday following the Monday I was promised some contact. He texted me back saying the artist left me a message, which I found hard to believe. I didn’t make a big deal of it and got my price quote that night. I felt it was reasonable so I gave the ok to proceed. I texted Sonny 4 days after I gave the ok but didn’t hear back. In addition, I called several times with no answer on the other end, not even a voicemail. I then texted again 3 days later and he replied that it would be ready that day. Whew… finally…
We went in the next afternoon and was pleased with the design we had requested.
Overall, Sonny himself gives GREAT customer service, the airbrush is of good quality and the artist seems to be good at what he does (never met him/​her), it’s just the communication that made me question this business and the experience as a whole. With limited airbrush artists on the island, I would recommend this business, but caution you on the communication and wait time.
