Been going to her for years… Amazing massage therapists… Been relieving pain from shoulders and back… Amazing character, person and definitely one of the best just because she puts 100% effort and pride to what she does.

Jamie is AMAZING!!! First of all she was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable, then she asked me what my problem areas were and when she realized that I wasn’t clear on certain things she explained thoroughly so I would understand. She also taught me stretches to do to help me when I got home. It was honestly the BEST massage I’ve ever had, hands down! She got all my knots in places I didn’t even know I had knots lol I would DEFINITELY recommend her to anyone that needs a massage!

Jamie Vares is the best massage therapist I have had the privileged to be able to visit. She is always able to take out the kinks and able to put the lowest amount to a high amount of pressure on one’s body in order to get the pain out.
I highly recommend Jamie. She is really good at what she does and she has a wonderful personality to match.
If you need a good massage, she is the best!

Jamie rocks! I went to Jamie Vares for the first time last month and it was awesome!!! Very relaxing, very professional, and very friendly. I live in Kaneohe, but it’s worth the drive to Aiea to see her. I’ll def be back again real soon!
