Unilocal 365 Challenge x 2 #266/365 Unilocal 100 Review Challenge #10/100 I usually order all my fan gear online but I was at Pearlridge with my daughter on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, so, I decided to venture in Lids to see if they carried these particular headbands for my team that have been out of stock online. However, this is what I noticed… A whole wall dedicated to the Niners, which I’ll respect for their personal«faithfulness» Barely anything on Seahawks or Broncos, which really surprised me because I was figuring that they would have apparel and accessories ready on hand since these teams were playing Super Bowl 48. But, I’m guessing that their personal loyalty takes precedence even over business. Other customers were inquiring if they had anything else of the Broncos that may be in the back or if there was any new items coming in? The response? «We don’t know until the shipment gets here, then we’ll know what’s in stock.» Yikes… As I looked around, I noticed that there was minimal items for other teams(NFL, MBA, NBA, college) except for the whole wall of their favorite team. Now I know why I prefer to order my stuff online… I don’t have to deal with employees lacking customer service skills or businesses allowing personal favorites over sales. Recommendation: only if you’re desperate

This was my first time to the store and I’m impressed :) I went in looking for a Manti Teo jersey to wear for the Pro Bowl, but the manager Rainbow informed me she was sold out. She must have seen that I was disappointed. She offered to order it but said it wouldn’t be in for at least a week and it may not make it in time for the game. I appreciated the gesture. She was easy to talk to about the different merchandise in the store and didn’t pressure me at any time. She also told me how Manti’s extended family often comes by just to check out what gear the store brings in and then buys it. Thought it was a funny story The other employee, whose name I didn’t get was also very helpful in answering questions I had(which I had a lot). Overall, prices are okay and I appreciate the variety of items being sold, especially all the Notre Dame gear :) I may have to go back to buy some new gear for next season :)

Never order a hat online and send it to this store, they will take days before they call you up, sometimes they won’t even call you. How are we suppose to know that our hat is ready to be picked up?

First I must say that I love this store. Now that I got that out of the way lets get into the main meal. I order a hat and had it ship via USPS. They told me that the hat was not in but according to their own website it was delivered. They said that all deliverys come vis FEdex or UPS. Wrong! After going round and round with two different managers and me explaining to them how logistics work, my hat was located about four days laters. Point of this is that maybe they should listen to the customer sometimes instead of trying to prove us wrong,

I like that they have that other part of Lids open. It’s awesome! I was gifted a Tokidoki Thor hat from there from someone, I am very happy with it. I also signed up for the Lids membership card.20% off each hat for the next year? Alrighty then! I like this place better because at Ala Moana’s store. although they were friendly, they were also trying to hustle me. I don’t like being hustled. Parking is ok, you may have to walk a bit, but I don’t see the problem. I think it’s $ 11 for text and I forgot the pricing on the graphic designs if you’re to want any embroidering on it. Pretty cool: D I’m sure I’ll be back again!

Had some issues with my embroidery art but the manager Rainbow is a gem. She is very easy to talk to, emphatic, and very willing to accommodating to your request and/or needs. She has definitely made a bad experience into a great one. By the way, they got lots of great sports apparel too. Haha.

I was tripping out when I first saw this place so I was like what the, is this really Lids they got more than just hats now. The store is hecka poppin’ with everything sports gear from NFL, MLB, NBA, etc. Not only do they have your typical sports apparel and gear like t-shirts and jerseys but they literally are a locker room full of stuff that have just about anything if you are a true fan of a team or sport. They also have stuff like team toothbrushes, banners, back backs, book bags, pencils, pens, holsters, party stuff, and many more. I was quite impressed by the look and atmosphere of the shop. They have a TV right when you step in and catch a game playing if there is one on. They also do custom embroidery for caps and stuff. The staff and customer service is good. It’s conveniently located inside Pearlridge Mall Downtown side about a shop over next to the original Lids shop. Unilocal 365 Challenge #99/365

This expansion store of Lids has a ton of jerseys and other goods to support your favorite sports teams. When you first go in you think there is a mirror in the middle of the store because it goes so far back. They have everything from jerseys and shirts to koozies and baby clothes. The workers were friendly and offered their help. The employee couldn’t help but laugh when we asked about any Lions gear, who can blame him anyway.(They only had a Lions sticker if anyone else but my husband cares) They have gear for professional and college teams. If your team isn’t as bad as the Lions, they will have something for you.
