I previously wrote a bad review about this place back in March… So, I desperately needed a roll of 120 film developed… so here I go, back to Phototrends thinking I’d get a decent experience this time around. I drop off my film & I get a call back from the asian lady that took my film. She told me that the guy that has the key or something(I couldn’t understand a word she said, she couldn’t speak good english) isn’t here yet, so I’d have to wait… So, what if other people needed their film developed on time? It wouldn’t be on time because they didn’t have the key to the darkroom?! Terrible. So anyway, I ended up waiting 2 ½ hours for 2 rolls of film. NOPRINTSNOW, JUSTPROCESSING. I got their call to tell me that it was ready. I get there & I was so anxious to leave at this point. When she brings out my rolls of film from the brown paper bag they stuff it in… I noticed that one roll, half of the whole roll was completely black! She said that the roll fell out of the machine & was exposed. I was so pissed! I wait 2 ½ hours to get half my roll exposed by «professionals». The worst part, was the guy who always sits on his stool with a grouchy attitude, he acted like he didn’t even care. There’s no recovery for an exposed roll of film. So, they ended up not charging me, but that didn’t even matter.

Horrible service and bad attitudes! I’d really prefer to not give any stars! Horrible customer service! I was so angry by the time I left and for 5 minutes thereafter! All I wanted was a passport photo. Never going there again.

So one day I just wanted to order and develop some simple pictures, nothing fancy or anything, just some 4X6 prints. I loaded some pictures onto the flash drive and figure I check this place out to do some 1 hour photo action. When I came in the staff and customer service was fail. I stood around looking at what kind of printing options they had and nothing. I stared and looked at the photo developing machine thingie. I noticed that there was no USB drive and that was fail. I tried looking at the machine for a good 5 minutes with one of the staff doing nothing and the other on the phone. So I figure Imma just go Longs next door and it took them less than half hour to get the job done with an accessible machine. Unilocal 365 Challenge #104/365

I will never go back there again. Sent in pics online for 1 hr developing, hauled my kids over to pick them up 3 hrs later and the prints weren’t ready. No apology, the guy made like it was my fault for not calling to make sure the prints were done. Very sassy attitude, terrible customer service. Much better off taking a flash drive to Target.

I am not sure why they have photo in the name of their business, but this place has nothing to do with photography. I’d describe it as photobooth with multiple printing options(e.g. baby food jar labels, key chains, acrylic ______) and overpriced/outdated paraphernalia. I actually had to look twice to make sure that their products weren’t just employee rubbish and empty cups. Please have this business recategorized as anything but Photography.

If I could I’d give this place no stars. THEE worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life. It was thee worst. Everyone I know I tell to not go here. One time I heard that a girl was standing at the register for a few minutes only to be snapped at by a hawaiian chick & another instance was when some guy who tried to look like bruce lee developed 120 film WRONG. THISPLACESUCKSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS. :) don’t go.
