Amazing customer service: ask for Chanel! She got our iPhone 6 all set up, contract updated in 30mn so that we were on time for our flight

I like Radio Shack. Any time I need a charger, battery, or some unnamed electrical component, it’s here. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They also have awesome deals on discontinued items. As a bargain shopper, I always head to clearance first and have found deals on toys, gadgets and other things guaranteed to clutter your desk or purse with. I also come here to check out the newest phones out. The staff doesn’t put heavy pressure to buy like some other retail stores.

12:20 I walked into the store. Was set on getting cameras, for my house. Stood by them for a few minutes. And got walked by twice. Then tried to get help, nothing. Smh going to best buy.

Went there around dinner time. Nothe one worker was to be seen in the hole store for about 5 minutes. And when we asked about the at&t plan upgrade. The worker that appeared had no clue. She had to go find her manager in the back. Leaving the store un– supervised once again. Hope things get better.

So today I got the upgrade for my phone. From my Samsung Galaxy S to a Motorola. The pickings were alright since it was for free anyways. Can’t complain about that.
The worker was helpful and apparently the same one that helped my mom out the last time.
The contact paperwork etc. took a while to process and so were transferring my contacts and photos from my old phone to my new one. The contacts were easy… but I knew I didn’t take that much pictures. There was an error when he had to re-​do that multiple times. When I got home I looked at some of most of the photos… They weren’t even mines! It captured photos from the other applications I used. I guess the next time I should just transfer my contacts.

The only time I go here nowadays is if I need something specific like a phone battery or something. It was cool back in the day when they had cool stuff and unique stuff which they still do but in today’s society where major corporations such as Best Buy, Walmart, Target, etc. exist, unfortunately places like da good ‘olé Shack is no really a thought anymore, whereas now you have other major player electronics places that have everything this place already has. Nonetheless, they do have a lot of things that you can find here that you can’t really find any where else like wires, various batteries, electronics, etc. They have mobile cell phones that they sell in the front. They sell other stuff like stereo systems, satellite dishes, batteries, computers, etc. The size of the shop is typical that of other Radio Shack stores. The staff and customer service is good and the prices are decent enough. Sometimes they have sales on some good stuff. It’s conveniently located inside the uptown Pearlridge Shopping Center next to Crazy Shirts and the that one crack seed store right across of Macys on the ground level of the mall.
