Hello T-MOBILE Today I was at your store in The pearl ridge Shopping Center and I was greeted buy a sales representative name«April». I was in the store early last week 2 Oct and paid my cell phone bill and the sale representative was no help at all and did not help me solve my issue with my phone and I was displeased with the service. So i Give T-Mobile one more chance at it before I take my business else where! So today 6 Oct, I met with a sales representative name«April«who answer my questions, helped me solved the issue with my phone, also gave me instructions on how I can better use my phone. She talked to me as a friend someone who cared and wanted to help me. Plus I felt good knowing that she knows what she is doing, and solved my issue. WoW! I was so impress, and over joyed with happiness and excitement knowing that I can now check my emails again, and freed up space in my memory card. WoW! I personally thank««April» several times over and over. And I want to thank T-Mobile ! «April» to me is the best sales representative there at this store. Thank you«April» very very very much! Thanks to «April» I will tell my friends of my wonderful experience I had at T-Mobile.

Avoid this particular T-Mobile shop at all cost. Incompetence runs rampant here. Avoid the frustration and save yourself time by going to the one in Downtown Honolulu. They actually know what they’re doing at the other store.

I was finally ready to «Jump» my Sony Xperia 1 phone for the new Sony Xperia 3. Gave the young worker MAE my cell phone. Mind you, my phone is in perfect condition… I walked around the store looking at other phones on display because she had to wait for an available computer in order to help me… So fine. I leave my cell phone in her possession… Finally a computer opened up. She takes the cell phone case off the phone… She looks at the phone and sees nothings wrong with my cell phone.. I asked her if she knows how to take off the back covering to take out the battery. My screen had froze, just need to reset it. She’s like… «umm…(pause). Umm…(confused look on her face) looking at the phone, trying to take off the back covering…» i see her trying pry the phone apart… then she walks away, leaving me at the counter, along with my printed copy of state ID in plain view. walks away with my fone to the door to the back room! I’m like??? Wtf us going on… she doesn’t even tell me anything, at that point I know some thing happened… So she comes back and tells me «no, idont think you can take off the battery because it’s a water proof phone» so we proceed to with the upgrade. She tells me ooh BTW. There’s at $ 175 dollar claims fee. I was shocked! Like why? I’m upgrading, so there’s no fee up front right? I just came last week and someone opened up the back battery cover and he also said I qualify for no down payment. She tells me that my phone is damaged in the back, so u have to pay the premium for insurance. I just blew up! What damage? There was no damage to my phone when I handed it to her, and she even saw the fone in perfect condition! I did not damage my own cell phone at all! I had to pay the fee because of careless staffing! She didn’t even know about information about he phone. While she was figuring out if you can open the back of the phone, something might of caused that damage! I got the names of the people involved and I’ll be contacting the corporate office of tmobile! The manager said that he’ll review the video tapes to see if she did anything! We asked if my bf could go back to view the tapes with them, but they said no! The manager has the opportunity to lie. We will never know! There’s no logic thinking if any of the staff working there… Obviously, my cell was perfect, then in the tmobile staffs handling, causes damages and leaves the customer to pay the price! I am not responsible for the damages and the fee!

I have been to the other one in town and service was Terrible, and manager was worst. But changed to pearl city’s one and wow night and day. Even though they were sold out of note 4, they helped me order one, plus they were slammed but still were really nice. I will never go to another t mobile store this was was awesome, both times so far were different guys and both were great.

Bryant was extremely helpful, efficient and knowledgeable of the products and services, t mobile has to offer. He got me set up with a new Samsung Galaxy 5 and answered any and all questions I had. He was friendly and made my buying experience a pleasant one. I would highly recommend seeing Bryant for any T-Mobile equipment or services you need. Thanks again Bryant. :)

I came here during the iPhone 5s first release date on Friday, April 12. Even though I live just right across the street from the mall, I came down pretty early when the T-mobile kiosk opened at 8 am that day that morning. I could have went to the stores but I figure they would be more hella busy. There wasn’t really much of a line but I did manage to secure a number 1 spot in the little line that they had. What made me get the iPhone 5 is because my father wanted one and my sister already has one so I was like might as well get it too! ¾ of the family now has iPhone 5s. I never thought I would be an iPhone 5 user but I guess it happened thanks to T-mobile now releasing it. It took a while for them to set up but managed to get things rolling. I came in to get an upgrade with my phone and plan. The customer service is pretty good. I had Drew and she made sure I got everything set up pretty good. The only downer that I had during the whole experience was that it took pretty dang long to get everything processed which was understandable because there is always glitches and stuff whenever anything new comes out. I think I spent a total time of about 2 hours at the kiosk that day to get everything set up. That’s about an hour longer than the time that I spent waiting in line, cray! Since I had to work that day, I had to come back again the next day to get open up my dad’s line. Even then, I went to go see Drew again and had to wait another hour plus to get helped. She was helping a family of four and they all were getting iPhones including the kids! During the wait, they kept on checking on me and updating me on the queue which was appreciated. The kiosk was poppin’ due to the iPhone 5’s release. As a loyal T-mobile customer since 2003, I rarely have utilized any upgrading for most of the phones in our family plan until now. The kiosk is conveniently located in downtown Pearlridge aka Phase 2, more towards Sears side. I remember when they used to be in uptown side, phase 1.
