My daughter was. complaining that she couldn’t see the smart board at school very well. She likes the glasses at sears so we stopped by to look at frames
Their optometrist didn’t have any patients when we passed so we were able to get an eye exam and order glasses in one shot.
The optometrist Dr Gee was very nice and took her time with my girl. The lady at the counter who helped order her frames was pleasant also. I have HMSA and they processed the claim with no problem. We got her glasses ordered and it took about a week to come in.
Overall my daughter was pleased. I do wish they had a larger selection of children’s frames.

Do not go here. Receptionist not customer service oriented. The last appt interaction, no greeting, no eye contact, just looked for my file on her desk. The eye doc was running 10mins plus late. Receptionist did not acknowledge or apologetic doc being late. Eye doc comes stumbling in with no apologies. The whole experience there was terrible. I would not recommend this venue to family or friends. Not worth one star.
