Great place great food great friendly staff. I’m visiting Aiken from New York for a week and stop at this place, totally great experience good quality good price. Don’t judge by the looks of the outside try their food you will thank me later.

As many reviewers have stated — it’s a hole in the wall. In reality, it’s more like a combination of Cheers and the American Legion. That is — the local, home town feeling of good friends meeting up coupled with the never stopping flow of bottled beer. I had the surf and turf. It was ¾ a plate of inch thick prime rib cooked to order. It also included shrimp and scallops, Cole slaw and a bunch of French frys. I couldn’t finish it all but I tried. It was the best prime rib I’ve ever had. Bottom line: this could quickly become my favorite place in Aiken. If you are in the area — you have to stop by.

A Steelers bar in Aiken, SC! We went here after receiving a recommendation from our hotel front desk clerk. She warned us the place is not much to look at, but she recommended the prime rib. She was not wrong — the prime rib was delicious! I had to keep an eye on my husband who kept taking my prime rib as I cut it. He does not normally like prime rib. Casual dining with great food. If I am ever in Aiken again, I will be stopping here.

Waitress seems a little perturbed to have to walk up and down the stairs to serve us. Building looks like disrepair inside and out. Food was good though.

I won’t lie. We had a blast here. Nick and staff were friendly as can be. A little pushy with drink service but i rather have over attentive staff than not. My only tip is to not allow Nick to offer up shots as you will be charged. As a bartender, i will not offer up shots when the customer doesn’t request it unless i plan to put it on the house. This is not the case at Harry’s evidently. Guess we shouldn’t have assumed but our bill went to a casual night out to a $ 100 tab in no time as we were under the impression the unasked-for shots were on the house. Oops.

This place is a ton of fun and the fish is excellent. The wait staff are all characters, making for an entertaining evening. The«biker bar» motif is fun too. Don’t worry. You don’t have to be a biker or a local to love this place. Very casual.

Good fresh fish and seafood. Large portions. Come hungry. Lacking on atmosphere but great people.

A family owned biker type dive-bar with great seafood at amazingly cheap prices. Safe location and not a dangerous place, if anyone was wondering. Very relaxed and casual atmosphere, not necessarily a date place but some of the college budget-date crowd enjoy it.

Definitely a local dive bar. Good bar seafood and pretty bartenders. .35c wings great deal but poorly prepared(little or no sauce). Not a place to take a date.

Great time at Happy Hour! They have specials that are reasonably prices as well as daily chef specialties. The lemon pepper shrimp were a bit over seasoned, but really good. The french fries were amazing! The place is definitely a dive, but in a good way. From the outside at first look, you would think the building was not open for business. Once you enter, you’ll see the cheap tables, chairs, and barstools, the magic marker writing on the wall, and the casually dressed waitstaff. You will also smell the awesome aroma of delicious seafood! The ambiance was very laid back. The place is called Local’s for a reason. Everyone was very friendly(staff and patrons). I’ll be back for crableg night!

Out of all the place we went in Aiken this was by far our favorite place we went to eat and have drinks at, so much so we came here two night! Being as I’m from the Pittsburgh area this place felt a bit like home with all the Steeler things on the wall, and the staff was extremely friendly. They made you feel like you were just in your home town bar with all your friends you’ve know for years. On Friday we had dinner here which was amazing, loved the crab legs! After dinner we hung around for there karaōke night. Karaōke here was a lot of fun, all kinds of music genres touch through out the night. Great place to come for a night out with friends!

One of Aiken’s best secrets! Well, actually, I think the secret is out! Best seafood in town, especially if you like oysters and crab legs. From the outside, it looks like a place that should be listed on «Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives» but the food is great, the prices fair, and it’s always a good time. The staff is very friendly and the place is run by a father-son team who are very fun to talk with. And the customers are very varied… lol. One day, you might think it’s a biker bar, the next it looks like a Red Hat Society meeting… LOL. It’s the only place in town to get«Yankee fish»(as the owner puts it) and I don’t know who his supplier is but I’ve not seen oysters as big as the one’s Harry serves anywhere else in the CSRA. He serves up some great burgers, wings and good steak too; and don’t forget some of his fish platter specials. I’ve seen a platter on the menu that had broiled fish, shrimp and more on it(way too much food for me lol). My wife and I started eating here when he first started up and I had the pleasure of getting his first write-up in the local newspaper. Ever since then, he’s been in the paper a few more times and the parking lot gets more and more crowded every time I drive by. I’d say by now that the ‘secret is out’ but it is still worth the effort to stop in and try the menu. The beer is always cold and the service is always friendly. There is indoor and outdoor seating available and of course, you can always ‘belly up to the bar’ and hang out with the staff as you enjoy your meal. Try it… you might like it!

All the food at this place is outstanding. The best crab-legs around period. The fish seems to be Harry’s favorite dish and it is awsome and prepared to perfection. You won’t leave Harry’s hungry because all the dishes are ample in size. I think this is the best place to eat in the area for sure.

I love this place!!! Its a total dive bar, but if you just want to hang out with some beers and good food, then this is the place to be. They open up for happy hr 4 – 7 and beers are only like $ 2. They have wings for like 35 cents a piece and like a pound and a half of crab for like $ 18. 40 oysters for like $ 19. Not for date night, but good for hanging out and drinking with friends

OMG! Excellent food! Looks like a dive bar, but opens at 4pm, so go early and you won’t feel out of place bringing the family. It’s older, but clean. The crab legs are great. The fried mushrooms are yummy! The lemon pepper grilled shrimp has just the right spiciness. Also, the hot wings are huge and on special Monday nights for just 39 cents each. My only complaint was the sweet tea is lemony which isn’t my favorite :)
