By far my favorite Chipotle in the area. The workers are very friendly. The food is always good, and they aren’t skimpy with their portions. Even when the line is longer, it goes pretty quick. I eat here 3 – 4 times per month, and I’m never disappointed. I live about 10 minutes from three Chipotle locations, but I always choose this one.

The staff is very rude here. I ordered online, went to go pick it up and the woman was so rude to me and rolled her eyes. I ordered half chicken and half steak, it was probably 8 pieces of meat in my bowl and slim everything in my bowl. I will be going to a different Chipotle who treats their customers with respect, and where I’m gonna get what I pay for!

Parking is a bear, but the staff is friendly. There’s a nice area to eat outside, you might hearing drumming or side walk singing. This is the best spot for a first date. If things are good, you can walk across the street to The Highland Theater or maybe take in a coffee at Angel’s Food Café. This is an extremely diverse location.

I love Chipotle, and have frequented several different locations. The experience at had at this location was by far my worst. When I arrived there was one gentleman in front of me. We walked in at the same time, but neither of us were greeted. After a couple of minutes we realized they were working on a large catering order. 10 minutes later, we had still had not even received a hello. Finally are orders were taken, with no apology for the wait. Actually, the employee seemed quite annoyed with how busy she was. When it came time for me to choose my salsa, I again had to wait. Two employees stood over my food, again without greeting or acknowledging me, discussing the catering order and how they weren’t recieving what they needed from the cooks. Finally, they asked what I wanted and finished my order. My food was then placed at the cash register while I was once again forced to wait. I asked one employee who I should pay, and she just laughed and said sorry. Someone eventually decided to take my money and then hurried off without handing me my drinks that sat behind the register. I had to reach over the register to grab them. I don’t mind waiting in line, but at least say something. It’s as easy as saying«sorry for the wait. We will be right with you.» Also, I hate having to hear employees complain about co-workers. Does it get anymore unprofessional? On a side note, I understand Chipotle wanting to offer catering, but that shouldn’t effect the customers standing in front of them. The line was literally out of the door waiting while they completed the large order. They need to figure out a better system. I’ll just hit up a different location next time or maybe Platinum Dragon.

Update since my last review — It is my opinion that the management of this particular store is not up to the corporate standard. When it was newer, the staff was friendly and efficient. Also, their kitchen was neat and clean. These days, their staff appears to lack attentiveness to the customer, their general appearance is sloppy and their friendliness seems to have vanished altogether. Their kitchen always seem to be dirty, in disarray, and just generally unappetizing to look at while you’re ordering food. In my last four visits(yes, I take notes), the line at the store just stops moving because they’re out of either chicken or rice. While the line stoppage isn’t for long, but when you’re standing there, hungry, five minutes can seem like 30 minutes. Also, more often than not, this store is out of brown rice so my choice is limited to only the white.

Very slow service here, somtimes out the door and they aren’t efficient at all. They also give small amounts of rice and pretty much everything else. If I am craving Chipotle I head into Fairlawn or I order ahead for pickup.

Ummm I love Chipotle but the other day they just weren’t on the ball. I ordered my favorite rice bowl. On my rice bowl — chicken, fajita veggies, cheese, corn salsa, guacamole and a splash of sour cream. The amount of rice that they gave me was not only small but it was cold. That includes my fajita veggies which the line worker did not put much on or even ask me if I would like more — I suppose it was because she was running low and they were getting packed. At one point my rice bowl got held up in the«cafeteria like» serving line as workers shuffled and switched places. When I bit in to my bowl I was mildly satisfied. Though all the flavors were there it wasn’t hot. In fact it barely passed for warm! QUICKTIP: When ordering a burrito you may want to order double the tortilla wrap to avoid breakage!
