I’ve been waiting here at the drive thru window for 7 minutes and the young blonde lady has gestures to my wife just a moment(twice). Still no service. All we need is a pick up and no there is a line. The lady has now come to the window and she was very pleasant. But the place is way too expensive. $ 23 for a women’s suit and women’s suit jacket. No second chance here.

WILLNOTRETURN Dropped off dry cleaning, went to pick up and use my meager 15% off coupon they were running and was told they only accept coupons at the time the cloths are dropped off. She then showed me on the coupon that I didn’t read. Shame on me. Okay take it anyway. It isn’t expired. No way. So they spend this money to attract new customers so they can piss them off. Now I am an X-customer. A couple days later I spoke to the manager who assured me that many people are told no when they present the coupon at pick up time. He’s been in the biz for decades and he will not bend on this. So the value of a new customer is less than $ 3. He also let me know their business grows each year implying he really doesn’t need my business. Well you got your wish. I will not return. Why don’t you just not put out coupons if you really don’t want to honor them? Let me add that there was no problem with the dry cleaning job they did but I can get that at one of the other dry cleaners I pass going to this one so why go?

Stay away, customer service is awful! Took in a new shirt to be pressed, and needed it by end if next day for an out of town meeting. They guaranteed to it would be ready as long as I paid extra for expedited service, which I did. Shirt was not ready and I had to buy and new shirt at the airport for $ 100 and press it myself. I asked that the owner call me, he never did. Finally got a hold of him, he said he would call me in a couple days. 2 weeks pass, plus several more messages from me, and still no call back. Finally get a voicemail from a girl named Jennifer claiming to be the«manager», I have to call her back about 5 times to get a return call from her. Finally calls me back, then immediately puts me on hold for 10 minutes, then cops an attitude about how I should not have purchased a shirt at the airport(this is after I nearly miss my flight b/c of the incident). Then grudgingly offers me a credit to get a shirt cleaned; when I tell her it’s not acceptable and I want to speak to the owner, she screams about how that is all they are willing to do and that she will not allow me talk to the owner, and hangs up on me. I spend over $ 100 per month on dry cleaning, but will never take my business to a place that treats customers that way! I have started to take my dry cleaning to Fussy Cleaners across the street – they are so much better!
