Phil B I always get great service from the staff at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Montrose. For my last trip I had to pick up my car a day early because of the impending bad weather. They got my reservation changed and picked up the evening before I was actually supposed to pick up my car. Great Job!

Previously this place would have gotten all five stars but after my last they are lucky they got two stars. A few weeks ago my dad and i went to pick up a car we reserved earlier and my dad went to give the girl his debt card and she rudely asked to see a utility bill or give her an actual credit card. My dad nicely asked if this was a new policy she said its been that way for a while. He said we have rented before and never had to do show a utility bill, she said tough show a utility bill or a real credit card. Another worker walk in at the end of the transaction and told us this is how it was. We left to get a utility bill and when we returned the guy took my dad by the are and pushed him out of the door. We will never return. They lost a long time customer. To the gentleman that pushed my dad out of my he store if you don’t know the whole conversation stay out of it. Im sure if this happens to us it has happened before.

I recently had to rent a car on short notice. I’ve rented from this location before, also. Although there is always a new group of fresh-faced kids working here the service has always been great.

Great great great! Rented multiple times an they were happy to pick me up and even dropped me off once! That gal that checked me in the second time even remembered where I went that last time I rented and asked me how my trip to cedar point was! Really happy wish all locations were as awesome as this one.
