Its ok, it’s like a chipotle for pizza. The pizza itself is good, not great. The salads were prepackaged and expensive for what you get. I’m giving it low stars because the drink machine has a touch screen, looks like it’s going to have a wide variety of choices but there are no caffeine free and only a couple diet choices. It’s just a machine to add flavors(vanilla, cherry, etc) to pepsi or one of the other standard choices. I wouldn’t go out of my way to come back.

Pizza made fast with friendly hospitality. Love the variety of choices. The crust reminded me of crust from an inauthentic and large production pizza establishment, but a little better. The toppings were fresh, tasty, and delicious. I recommend eating your pizza there and not taking it home to eat if you live more than 15 minutes away. On two occasions when I ordered my pizza to go by the time I got home the pizza settled and kinda wimped out on me.

I’ve eaten here twice. The first time, last month, I had the monthly special which was a three pepperoni pizza. Don’t think I need to get into detail about how Pizza Fire works: You order, like in a fast food place, then they make it while you wait, usually only a minute or two. If there is a crowd the wait is probably longer, but as I usually try to time my visits for off hours, I can only speculate. Anyway, my specialty pizza, which I think was $ 7.99, consisted of three types of pepperoni, two sliced and the third chopped, smothered with cheese and baked. Now normally I prefer the pepperoni to be on top of the cheese so it can be cooked until almost crisp, so I was a bit hesitant. But they’re the experts and surely they wouldn’t offer some inferior concoction as their special-of-the-month. And they didn’t. I’ve got to tell ya, that first bite felt like a taste explosion on my taste buds. At least one of the pepperoni types was a bit spicy, or was it the sauce? The sauce did not seem sugar-laden like Romeo’s(the founder of Pizza Fire) is. Cheese blended in nicely, crust thin but not crisp to the point of being like a cracker. Overall, it was one incredible pizza. It really was! Every bite contained a slight smokey flavor. I couldn’t wait to return. On my second visit I decided to see how an ordinary pepperoni pizza would fare. The one item pizza goes for $ 6.49. Pepperoni was placed on top of the cheese, but since the cooking process only takes three minutes, even at 800 degrees the pepperoni doesn’t have time to crisp up. It was still good, just not the way I prefer my pepperoni. Now I know and will try something different next time. Pizzas measured about 11 inches across with about an inch to an inch-and-a-half edge crust. Couldn’t count how many slices of pepperoni were in the monthly special as it was under the cheese, but as I watched them make it I could tell it was covered edge to edge. And just how does one add up the«chunked» pepperoni? The standard pepperoni pizza had 14 slices of pepperoni. Based on price verses what-you-get, I’d say Pizza Fire is now one of my favorites. Thursday is «Free Cookie» day, as long as they last. They use Belly, so if you eat there you can also get a free cookie once in awhile.

Hardly what I’d call Pizza. I mean, I’ve definitely had worse, but you’d have to buy frozen or go to CiCi’s to get much worse than this. Northeast Ohio is filled to the brim with incredible pizza places! Not sure why anyone would ever return here. They should just call it Sub-pizza-Way.

I love the fresh ingredients here and I can get what I want because it’s light enough to eat almost a whole one!

It’s a good stop for a lunch break, the staff is really friendly and they have lots of pizza toppings. I was stoked that they had vegan cheese since I’m not doing dairy right now. It’s a 3.5 for me, same way I wouldn’t give a 5 star rating to a Chipotle or Panera. It’s good for what it is.

A notch below commercial pizza. The meat tastes like imitation meat(mince meat); I prefer chunks of sausage and meat toppings. Crust tasted like a large cracker. I wanted to give them 1 star, but I’m in a good mood.

Chipotle-style chains are popping up everywhere these days and all in sorts of forms, and honestly, while some have been better than others, I have yet to try one that has disappointed me. The more of these places that catch on in our daily dining landscape, the quicker it will spell the downfall for McDonald’s, Subway, Wendy’s and Burger King. Bring it on. Enter«Pizza Fire»: an impeccably clean, sleek, modern«fast casual» personal pizza joint that serves dynamite, quick pizzas. Get in line and you’ll immediately see the caliber of the operation: individual cutting boards, each with their own rolled out dough ready to be topped, are stacked on a wire rack before your eyes. The dough has been rolled, rested and stretched thin to perfection, in true Old World style. I ate a margharita pizza on my visit, the standard bearer and litmus test for a good pizza joint. I was elated with the scrumptious simplicity of the pizza: tangy red sauce spread liberally with scattered dollups of fresh mozzarella, a few torn basil leaves, chili flakes and a shake of parmesan. A bubbly, golden, slightly scorched crust that was as thin as paper but held its firmness underneath when picked up; the sign of a very good high-temp pizza oven doing its job. The pie is cut into 6 large, beautiful triangular wedges that go down too quickly. About 5 minutes, to be exact. As I walked away from Pizza Fire, I resisted washing my hands so that I could lick my fingers, and I found myself moving my tongue around my mouth to savor any lingering flavors. Not something I’d normally confess too. Side note after reading some of the reviews: the nature of the crust means that these are pizzas made to be enjoyed straight off the peel and into your mouth. Don’t plan to eat them 20 or 30 minutes later in your messy college apartment. I’ve never understood the«carry out» culture around college campuses and in general; good food is meant to be devoured at its prime. Would you leave your beer in the sun and let it warm before you sip it on a summer day? Of course not. You shouldn’t let your food cool down in a cardboard box, either.

I thought Pizza Fire was great for the price. I ordered the buffalo chicken pizza, with spinach added, and it was great. Pizza was ready in just a few minutes. The crust is very thin, so if you’re not into that you probably won’t like this place. Pricing is fairly cheap for a whole pizza, around 8 $, but if you want to change/add toppings it will raise your price substantially(1 $+ per topping). Service was alright and staff was on the move, so don’t expect great service.

So delicious for those of us who crave something beyond the typical depiction of pizza. I love this place because if its speed, quality of ingredients, and uniqueness. 10⁄10 would recommend.(Also get the smorze cookie, it’s the best.)

I love the Pizza and the speed of delivery. While it is not the same as ordering from a traditional Pizza shop, the food is outstanding. I will come back time and time again. I got my food faster than in the McDonald’s drive through.

Thin pizza and a drink for too much money. Luigi’s has a lunch special $ 5.95 for slice, salad and drink. This place was $ 11 for pizza and drink. Place was empty. Not sure if I would come here again. Very clean though.

The ambiance of the restaurant is quite modern looking, very lighted thanks to high windows. Their dining area sits 49 people. There are bar stools looking towards outside, and tables of 4 that can be attached to make larger groups. You first go to line and order your pizza at the counter. Very similar to Subway and Chippotle. All ingredients are at the counter in front of your eyes and your pizza is prepared in front of your eyes. You can also see your pizza in the oven. They put a metal number on your pizza to mark your order. I think their dough is always thin crust. That helps your pizza to get cooked faster, but sometimes also to get burned a little. You may choose one of the a few sauce options, one of the 2 cheeses, and usual toppings. I picked 3 veggie toppings with pesto sauce. They have quite many people serving customers at lunch time. One person takes care of the oven manually, puts pizzas into oven, and takes out from oven, while he pays attention to ensure pizzas are cooked without getting burned. One person adds the sauce and gives to the next person. The second person adds cheese and toppings and gives it to the guy at back. They have 2 people adding the toppings. And one person at the register. I asked if they could change their gloves as I am vegetarian. They did with pleasure. After my pizaa went into the oven, I had my drink and sat on the table. My pizza was served in 5 – 10 minutes, did not pay attention to measure exact time. This was quite reasonable, as the waiting time may be much longer at other restaurants. The pizza was 12 inches wide, however, the area occupied by sauce and all ingredients was 1 inch inside from the edges. That makes the actual size of the pizza 10 inches. The edges were not brushed with any oil or butter or flavor and they did not offer any sauce that could make the edge part more tasty to eat. They should consider that. Although I was not happy when eating the edges with no flavor, and despite the unsatisfactory amount of toppings, the overall taste of my pizza was good. In fact, I would like to say that they should be more generous when adding toppings. For the price I paid, $ 7.49 for 3-toppings, I can get get lot more pizza with lot more toppings elsewhere. Being a special pizza restaurant should not change this much. Their fountain drinks are also $ 2.29 per 20 oz cup with free refill. This could be cheaper as well. The cost of my lunch was about $ 11, for a thin pizza and a soda. So, this cost is too high for such a simple lunch, and it won’t happen again. I can find the same ingredients with the same taste at other places for cheaper. The owner should keep in mind that there are places that offer 10 inch pre-made thin cheese pizza for $ 1.50. If I could take the picture of all the ingredients used in making my pizza, we would see how pricey they are.

They claim to have delivery however every time we call(on Saturdays during normal dinner hours) they never have a driver. It’s not even worth calling to ask anymore it’s just a waste of time. We aren’t talking a pizza or two but rather a $ 100 order so they’re losing out on lots of money. Oh well jimmy johns is cheaper and more reliable. We will stick w them!
