I’ve been looking for someone to flawlessly execute servicing an ice machine and I turned to Brix Beverage based on a referral from another colleague. Our ice machine was previously broken but the contact I worked with over at another company (who I will not name) was absolutely horrendous. Not only were they not punctual but it would be very difficult for me to get a hold of them and would have to consistently follow up with them. It took over a month to get the ice machine dropped off after he told me it would only take a week to fix.
With Sky and his team over at Brix Beverage, they were prompt in responding, punctual and told me exactly what needed to happen and when it would happen. They told me I’d have the ice machine back within the week and we certainly did. It was a flawless experience and I’d highly recommend them to anyone who needs service on their ice machines, soda fountains and even kegerators!
