Very nice customer service staff. I just love the girls here. I love it when they have Wax specials. It’s also nice to pick up some personal nail products for when I go to the nail salons. I always have to bring my own. The only way I can know the implements are clean.

I come here weekly because I’m a hoarder and I love giving the staff a headache because they love me hahaha. On a real note they always have what I need and most of all, the staff is so nice and welcoming. Also Sam the manager is

I’m glad they opened an CosmoProf in Alameda. This location has good parking and the staff is friendly.

This place is terrible. The customer service is non-​existent. This place is supposed to be for professionals but their employees don’t even have a concept what the word «professional» means. They are rude and roll their eyes and talk to people like teenagers with no manners. There are lots of places go somewhere else! This place doesn’t deserve your money.

Love love love that there is now a Cosmoprof in Alameda! Everyone there is great but Daisy is freekin awesome, she’s super educated on products and goes above and beyond great customer service! Also if they don’t have a product in store, they will special order it for you :)

The girls here are AMAZING and knowledgeable. Jasmine was very friendly and nice to me. I’ll be sure to go in when she’s there! I’m still working on product knowledge as a new stylist and they definitely helped me to chose things that were the best for what I needed them for. I won’t be going anywhere else for my hair care needs unless they don’t have it. Shopping there makes me feel good! :)
