They lost one of my favorite dresses!!!
To make it worse, the cashier asked me if I wanted to pay for the missing dress (along with my other items) while they looked for it! They said they’ll reimburse me, but I’m pretty sure I won’t be able to find that dress anywhere else again. I’ve been coming here for the past three years and now refuse to do so.
I agree with the other reviews that they focus more on their big contract work instead of their long time walk in customers.

This was my go to cleaners for a number of years but in the last few months the turn around time has been increasing. I took in some shirts for a simple wash and press on last Monday and was told they would not be ready until Saturday. I just can’t work with that. They seem really busy with large volume contract work lately so I think the walk in customers are getting left behind. Too bad.

My husband’s blazer came back with physical damage that was absolutely not there when I left it over at Towne — they actually transport the pieces to Elegant for cleaning and back to Towne is what I’ve been told. The blazer came back with chemical spots of some sort on the back, impossible not to see. The worst part is the management /​owner’s reluctance to accept responsibility, when the intake person clearly made no mention of this damage prior to accepting the blazer– if it had been there, it would most certainly have been pointed out and marked bc it was that glaring.
It amazes me that businesses care so little about retraining clientele amidst such stiff competition…

Full service and on site with a full staff is the way to go. Best part… They stayed a little after close to press my jacket slacks and shirt. Greatly appreciated for the Kind service.

after moving from the south bay, i was stuck without a good cleaner…
was lucky enough to find this place on Unilocal and have not gone anywhere since!
this place not only takes «last minute» items on the weekend for next day service, but their prices are completely reasonable as well… its nice to be able to walk in time after time and have them guess your name right!
if youre looking for a consistent cleaner, this is definitely your place to go… parking can be brutal at times, but the quality that you get for the price and convenience of their product and service is above and beyond any cleaner in the area, hands down!
