I love this store! I have been there many times over several years to get unusual gifts. The owner is very helpful and friendly. I always find something as the wide selection provides an array of beautiful objects.

A cute intimate store that has a mixture of older and newer objects. I am honestly very impressed with their small collections of scarves. That contain some very high quality works from aboard. I will recommend this shop for friends interested in these works, especially after it has been here for 8 years

So many nice things in this shop. We didn’t buy anything as we were waiting for our reservation at a restaurant to open. The wood bowls were so beautiful and the humming bowls were really nice. Other items included silk scarves, candles, carvings and jewelry. The gentleman in the store was super nice. The cedar log bookshelf was exquisite.

I came in here twice with my mom and sisters when they were in town visiting me. I ended up with a really cute purse/bag for a decent price, and my mom bought one of the baby turtle figurines she fell in love with. On the downside, there was a guy in there(a friend of the owner, perhaps?) who kept approaching my sister asking her what her sign was, bringing her a dress that he thought would look good on her, etc., and that was honestly quite creepy and unwelcomed. He seemed to be stoned, or otherwise out of it, and she was really put on the spot by his attention. The owner also kept trying to show us various things that we might want to buy, which was off-putting. I like taking my time, looking around, and not feeling pressured to give a reason for why I wouldn’t like to buy everything I’m shown. At least he was very friendly and approachable, and perhaps some people prefer someone they don’t have to walk up to if they have a question, because he’s already right at their elbow. It just made me feel pressured and awkward though, and I didn’t like that at all. The bag is well-made though, and I would go back if I knew what I wanted and it was going to be very quick, an in-and-out kind of thing. I’d love to stay longer because there really are some very neat things in there, but I just don’t want the attention.

Cute little shop with lots of neat gift ideas. I bought a nice little hippie-style purse for $ 25. It’s something you’d find at Whole Foods for much more. Bargain hunting runs in my family, so I dig it. Granted, there are no tags advertising that it’s fair trade, organic, or made by poor farmers in some far-off land. Fingers crossed it wasn’t made in China. I wish I had more time to browse the merchandise. There were so many interesting knick-knacks to look at. Bonus points for not reeking of patchouli or incense like other shops of this sort.

I love this store. I want to buy everything in it. Also Mr. Owner man is very nice and friendly. I bought a few of the carved sea turtles from south America for my mom for mothers day… she loves them. Even though I always look in this store when I’m in the area It never gets old.

Beautiful, Peaceful, Healing Space… so many wonderful items to fill up your heart. Walking in to hearing chanting and feeling the space as clear, is a great way to know that the store is what it is.

It’s the rare store that can live up to the beauty and exoticism implied by a phrase like«Global Treasures,» but Ni Sa Bula does it with rare spirit and grace. My wife and I have occasionally passed by the store at night and enjoyed window shopping even while the store was closed. On Saturday, we crossed the threshold for the first time and spent well over an hour exploring. The music playing in the store was a hip, updated take on classic reggae – very cool. I noticed numerous items are marked as «fair trade,» and there is a high-level multi-cultural spirituality that infuses the store, with inspiring quotations from Buddha, Gandhi, Confucius, Yogananda, Jesus and other great philosophers. We found a hand-carved wall piece, and two Nepali clothing items that were unusual, yet very wearable. We left the store having spent surprisingly little, yet much richer for the experience.

Wow. What a wonderful experience. Not only were the items all beautiful, there seems to be something for everyone with a variety of budgets. I went into the store looking for two last gifts on my Christmas list. The gifts were for two people who were on completely different ends of the spectrum(both in style, spirituality, age etc) I was also looking for something that wouldn’t break my budget either as this was a pretty tight holiday! The co-owner of the store asked me a few questions about the people I was shopping for and I was amazed at how she was able to help me select something that I hadn’t thought of before but that worked perfectly!(By the way — The recipients of the gifts made sure to contact me right away once they received their gifts to tell me how much they loved what I got them) Not only that the two owners were just wonderful genuine caring people. So very very sweet, gentle and helpful. Not pushy at all, just genuinely kind in their style of sales and advice. And if you do decide to allow them to help you, you may be pleasantly surprised with what you will find. I love local companies like this that really seem to care about their products and their customers. And so not only do you get wonderful unique things to select from, but you support local businesses that really care.

What a lovely store! A nice variety of items and clothing. Don’t be afraid to bargain for something you like! I bought a cute skirt here @ 40% off. Nice selection of clothes and other goodies such as music, decorations, and purses. Stop by, the man who was working there when I went in was very friendly and helpful. Peace!

When most of your«global treasure» stores are so packed full of chochki’s that you can’t walk, Ni Sa Bula incorporates elegant design to display a gorgeous array of unique wordly gifts. Their wooden bowls are unlike anything I’ve ever seen. They have a wonderful staff and a pretty darn good music selection too! Check ‘em out. It won’t be a trip in vain.
