Loraine is purely wonderful! I’ve been going to her for about 5 or 6 years whenever I’m home from college and cannot complain. Whether it’s brow, Brazilian, or lip waxes she’s quick and easy, AND makes it look good. My brows are hard to work with and she waxes and shapes them like a pro. Definitely recommend !!

I have been going to Lorraine for 18 years for facials and waxing. Lorraine’s facials make me look radiant every time. Lorraine’s waxing skills are superb. I can’t say enough about how wonderful she is as friend, a soccer mom, and an esthetician! I highly recommend Lorraine for facials and waxing (especially Brazilian)

I have received chemical peels and facials from Loraine over the past several years and recommend her services to women that want great ‘results’ from a clinician that listens and remains current on best practices in her field of cosmetic services.

Loraine gives the best facials! She is highly professional, keeps her work station extremely sanitary, and really can read your skin like a master. I always leave relaxed with glowing skin. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my facials.

This is the place to get facials! Absolutely love the facials Loraine does she always knows what to do to my skin the second she sees me. Her facials are the frikin bomb. They are always so relaxing and I can literally feel my skin breathe with all the amazing smelling stuff she puts on my face. Two weeks after my facial my skin still feels like a babys butt. I didn’t realize how soft a face is supposed to feel! This chic is the bomb and it’s completely worth the money.

Loraine is GREAT! Facility was very clean and super comfortable. She puts you totally at ease and I left feeling clean and happy! No messy wax residue and no redness, etc. Already booked my return appointment!

Loraine is the BEST!!! I have been going to her for years and unless I move out of the area, I would never stray! Come to think of it, even if I did move, I’d probably come back just to see her! She is sooooo knowledgeable and is always giving me skincare tips to use in real life and FREE samples. I have ultra-​sensitive skin (I can pretty much break-​out if somebody breathes on me wrong, LOL) and I’ve never had a problem with any of Loraine’s services; waxing, facials, micro-​derm or otherwise. She is so funny and I always have the best time chit-​chatting with her, it makes the appointment FLY BY! (Which, if you’ve ever had a Brazilian wax, is a real gift!). So anyhoo, if you’re looking for skin care in the Danville/​Alamo/​WalnutCreek areas or maybe a gift idea for a lovely lady in your life– Loraine’s your girl! And, yes– she does gift certificates.. . I get one for my mom every year!

Although I believe Loraine is knowledgeable and professional, I would definitely inform her, several times, if you are going in for brow wax and you take acne medication which dries your skin. We had the unfortunate experience of the skin being removed from brows and no discount for that either… in fact, we paid full price, plus tip and were told to buy an antiseptic at that!

Lorraine is the «Jedi» of skincare and a brow waxing master! I have had problems with brown spots/​scars on my face and back from acne and Lorraine has found a regimen to treat them and has brought my skin back from the dead! She loves a skin challenge. Her atmosphere is extremely laid back and relaxing.
My only advice is if she recommends a skincare regimen, stick with it. You will not be disappointed.

I have gone to Loraine for facials and I have also gotten my eyebrows waxed by her. She is very professional, and I my face/​skin has improved since my last facial. I would recommend her to anyone!

Would I trust my nether regions to anyone other than Loraine? Um… NO! She does the best Brazilian ever! I’d never had one done… I was thoroughly nervous about pulling down my jeans and letting someone remove hair from down south. She made the experience so so easy and comfortable!
Her other waxing and facials are fab too. My ex boyfriend has seen her with glowing reviews as well.
I recommend Loraine 110%! She’s a sweetie! LOVE HER!
