Is today a holiday? Why did they close early? I think they just don’t want to honor what they post and think it’s okay for me to waist my time driving to this Taco Bell.

It is really uncomfortable that the person who is making my to go order is the one yelling, «I don’t get paid enough to be open this late»… Like I can hear you and I work til midnight.

It’s your typical Taco Bell except the service here is lacking.

Taco Bell is Taco Bell. Would say it is above average for a Taco Bell but that isn’t saying much. Both times going here the food tasted extremely dry/stale.

This is by far the best Taco Bell I have ever been to. Lol I don’t often review fast good chains, but this particular store is always clean and the service is… Well there’s actual service where there doesn’t have to be and they’re happy to do it! Always taking an order with a smile, asking I we want water when we didn’t order it specifically, and even bringing your good to you when you sit down. Not always but they definitely go beyond what is required of them.

Order was taken by Matthew and he was very attentive and hard working. I am impressed with most worker’s at this location. Keep up the good work Matt and crew.

It’s easy to be just another TB… these guys do have a slightly better than average customer service. That being said… it’s TB. There’s so many reasons to avoid TB.

typical small sized taco bell with amigo/amiga staffing. sampling: –chicken flatbread sandwich(.99) fresh tasty, spicy breast pieces within fresh flatbread. nice taste, good deal. better than a taco. 3 star –cherry limeade sparkler(.99) happy hour 2 – 5, regular 1.59? saw cashier squirt some liquid(cherry) into a cup and instructed me to fill up at soda station. maybe should have looked for limeade but didn’t, filled with water. tasted nasty. 1 star frijoles refritos: –pretty good service –not adept at self servicing. nevertheless bell didn’t provide adequate instructions. so it’s … –saw a bunch of amigos eating here. they actually like the food here.

Horrible customer service. Teenagers who pretty much REALLY don’t want to be there… I don’t expect a Disneyland experience but, don’t literally make an effort to let others know you really hate doing your job… Makes me wonder if they even wash their hands after visiting the toilet… I actually don’t eat much fast food… Haven’t been to a Taco Bell in a long time… The taco salad was very soggy… Was gross… Never going back… You’d think since this place is in «ritzy» Alamo that they’d step up the service just a notch…

Taco Bell in a strip mall in Alamo. Easy to miss. You won’t see it from the street. No drive-thru, limited seating. A few really tall tables and some lower booth-like tables. An odd couple meandering around with their one year old, not ordering food, not eating, not anything, Just letting their one year old put her dirty shoes on every table top. Service a bit off. Robotic. Ok, it’s taco bell. Forgiven. Not forgiven was the two staffers who were furiously mopping, scrubbing what seemed to be a two square foot portion of the woman’s bathroom during most of the time it took Cinzia & Reno to eat their chips & cheese and 2 soft tacos. The noise was unbearable– scraping, banging the mop head against the floor and the wall. What happened in that bathroom then? Eww. We were the only ones there at 6p on a Saturday, the first two tables the kids chose were dirty. I guess all efforts were on the women’s bathroom.

This is the first Taco Bell my man took me to in the area. Again, due to city ordinances, you will not find Taco Bell’s as drive thru’s. See, me being from Phoenix where even the liquor store is a drive thru, this was almost unheard of to me, but whatever. One cannot rate a fast food joint higher than good/average(which to me is a 3 star). This might change someday, but in my mind, that is how it is. This location is small. This location does not have a self service soda area. This location was odd-the food wasn’t prepared correctly nor did it taste as fresh as other Taco Bells. It was also awkward to be sitting inside eating and having one of the workers mop the floor all around us while eating… Yes, it was dead inside, but yuck… mop water smell wafting through our bean and cheese burritos(no onion)…

Taco Bell restaurants located in shopping centers in Northern California are seldom stand-alone stores anymore. They typically occupy one unit in a strip mall or small shopping center. Of the few Taco Bells I’ve been to, this is one of the better ones. Good customer service, and very clean restaurant(a plus considering it’s Taco Bell).
