A little disappointed, purchased 2 cappuccinos both were cold. Staff seemed to be busy getting ready to close it was around 8pm. The coffee was pretty good just not hot or even warm.

Good option for mall coffee that’s not a chain place. Lots of options, both basic coffee drinks & fun dessert coffee drinks. I’ve not had their food, but looks like it has potential.

This coffee is better than many other places is Albany, and it’s in a mall(who would have thought?!) The roasts they use are unique and have many layers to the flavor. I believe they use different roasts for their coffee and espresso, because I tried both during the same day and they tasted incredibly different. I got a cappuccino because, by the name, its obviously supposed to make me happy. It did. I’ve had more bad cappuccinos than good in my life. This one was excellent. The woman who made it foamed the milk perfectly, and the espresso in it had a unique smoky flavor. I will definitely be back in the summer to try the nitro cold brew on tap. And for all you beer lovers, nitro cold brew has the same frothy glory of a stout. Yum.

Use to be a fan but with price changes that do Not reflect menu and a high tax point and unsatisfactory slow service, average of 25 – 30 minute wait for a coffee and sandwich we will not be back anytime soon.

I can’t believe how nice and accommodating the staff were, especially on Black Friday. Pretty good selection, especially for a mall joint. My frozen caramel latte was delicious. The ambiance ce was mediocre, but what else would you expect in a mall?

An OK place that can be amazing with just a but of improvement. Check out my pictures to see what we ordered. The good: –The food was above average. –The service was very friendly and polite. –The place looked clean and very modern. The meh: –The Cappuccino was not very hot. It was just barely above warm. –The presentation of the food was boring as hell. –There was no rye bread available for the pastrami sandwich. –There is not enough seating. At least 1 – 2 more tables would be great. –A brownie i ordered was forgotten. However they did give me it and a free one!

The bar has been raised for mall coffee. All I had to see was nitro cold brew, and I was sold. That’s right, it’s iced coffee that’s commingled with nitrogen gas, and served on tap. The result is lightly effervescent and topped with a rich creamy head, much like a pint of stout. They asked me if I wanted it over ice. No way. You don’t want anything to distract from this. They served it with a lid and a straw. I promptly disposed of those. Drink this the old fashioned way. Bring the cup up to your mouth. Let your noes take in the aromas, let your lips prepare your mouth for what’s about to come, and let that glorious cold coffee wash across your tongue. Get here. Hopefully, once people discover this cute shop tucked down the hall that leads to Lord & Taylor, The Happy Cappuccino will be the coffee joint at Crossgates with the longest lines.
