The mall here is better than nothing, but not by much. The same can be said for virtually every restaurant in town that is not a chain (and most of the chains as well).

I’m not even sure you can consider this a mall. I saw a lot of stores closed down. It smelled old and mildew ridden. I won’t waste my time again.

Figure I should update this review, since the previous one is somewhat dated now.
The relevance and importance of this mall has diminished a bit, but it is still a popular mall in the region. Quite a few stores have packed up shop and left but some have moved in or simply went through a name change.
Same anchor stores are still here. I noticed that there is a Cinnabon here which is strangely somewhat isolated from the food court. Wing Dixie is now where Taco Bell used to be, and the Sunset Grill has closed down for good about a year or so ago.
Being that this is the only major mall within a 75-​mile radius, I think that this mall should expand a little and add some more major retailers. Even after almost 40 years this mall is still a popular enough to shop.

It’s ok for what it is. Not a lot of high end stores and it could use more of a selection. It has kind of gone down hill in the years but for Albany it is better than nothing. There are a few good stores such as Vic-​Secrets, Bath and Body, Dilliards, Belk’s etc.

As someone who grew up in fairly big cities in California, Texas and other places, this is about as bad as a mall gets. But they get one more star because they are located in Albany and you can’t have super-​high expectations.

Not the best mall in the world, but its all we got in Albany so what can I say. It’s A-​OK.

JC Penny’s, Sears, Rue 21, Bath & Body, Victoria Secrets, Clair’s, are just some of the merchants located at this mall.
There is a food court area and lot’s of parking space! Found some great clothes at great prices!
There were a number of empty spaces though so that was a bit disappointing but overall the experience was good.
