We rented this venue for my daughters wedding for today. The venue is an awesome two-​story plantation style home which also has a pond (with ducks, as well) and an area under the large oak trees.
The reason I only gave it 2 stars was because of the owners of the place. They had run-​ins with several of our guests, mostly about parking. AND WE DID NOT EVEN HAVE ALCOHOL at the reception. Anyway, if you can overlook their rude, crude and socially unacceptable attitudes, you have a great place for a wedding.
Found out after getting home and looking at posted pics, that THEIR photographer and videographer photo-​bombed a lot of pics. Didn’t like that either.
The following Tuesday we find out that NUMEROUS handicapped elderly people were told they could not park by the venue to let them out, that they had to walk a LONG way up the driveway. Pretty sad.
