I loved my first visit to All Good Things! I had a gift certificate for a one-hour massage(it’s nice when your sister works at the juice bar) and Tara was amazing. Actually, I keep referring to the experience as «magical.» It was soothing, relaxing and rejuvenating. Everything you’d want a massage to be. I especially liked the hot towels to warm up my cold feet. Afterward I treated myself to one of their highly-praised smoothies. Many came recommended, but I snagged a sample of the Butter Cup and couldn’t turn it down. Bananas, almond butter, cacao, cinnamon, almond milk and agave. I love how their juices and smoothies are all comprised of simple, healthy ingredients. No extra powders, additives, or anything you can’t pronounce. I’m pretty sure I could make a few of these at home with the right supplies, but it’s pretty nice to have someone do it all for you. Treat yo self at All Good Things!

The shop is nice and modern. I can only speak from what I’ve consumed. Let me just say there’s nothing worst than a room temperature juice, specially in the summer time. Most of the fruit it not refrigerated. I’ve also never seen them wash the apples or pears before juicing. I usually get the Beet It and it taste horrible at room temperature(I’ve packed a container of ice from home twice!!! The worst thing after a work out is a warm beverage. Why do i keep coming back you ask? Convenience! I usually juice at home but when I’m on the run this is where I stop by. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE!!! have colder juices and i will return. When something is great, I’m a loyal customer.

All Good Things is amazing. A beautiful space with warm and welcoming staff. I did their juice cleanse for two days. This was the first cleanse I’ve ever done and I was nervous about being hungry or cranky or having to choke down gross concoctions. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn’t feel hungry, felt great and the juices were all delicious! The coconut water was by far the most amazing coconut water I’ve ever tasted. The cleanse came with a probiotic that was tasty too. I highly recommend All Good Things, not only for their cleanse but as a healthy lunch option. Not to mention their expert service providers(they offer skin care and massage.) I love their product line, Osmosis, for my difficult skin. I can’t wait to check out their meditation and yoga classes too! Don’t wait on checking this place out, you won’t be disappointed at all.

Like this place for the juices. Have recently fallen out of love for this place for the food. I typically get the salad with spinach, chicken salad, and cottage cheese. I noticed large quantities of canned chicken behind the counter under the juicer. The cottage cheese is whatever they pick up from the Price Chopper next door. I think they can do better. In all fairness, I’ve never done yoga here or had one of their facials. This is probably going to make it hard to fairly review this place unless you’ve tried all of their services. On the juice front, I’d give them a 4. Food, I’d give them a 2. Thus, a 3.

I had the most incredible facial at a new organic spa. My aesthetician, was Dawn DeMars. What a facial! This is what I would call a beautifully small boutique spa. The have natural juice drinks, massage, and yoga classes. is a wonderful sanctuary. Dawn is incredible! What a marvelous experience that I want to pass along to all residents in the capital district. I felt like 5 million dollars and so relaxed. I nearly fell asleep on the way home. A very camper with an inceidibly smooth and soft complexion, Suzanne E Taiman
