Great selection of phones. Horrible customer service. I went in the morning of 26 April 2013 to inquire about the Samsung Galaxy S4 that was supposed to be coming out the following day and the young lady working there made it seem like an inconvenience every time I asked a question about the phone. In addition to that, for the last couple days I’ve tried calling them to inquire about this phone and never once did anyone pick up. This number was posted on multiple sites. I see why nobody answered the phone as the customer service rep was busy texting when I came in. Radio Shack got our business. Avoid Albany Mall Best Buy Mobile.
