My wife went into the store to buy a washing machine, money in hand, and while the staff was more interested in signing us up for a sears charge card than he was trying to make sure that we got what we came there after. He tried to push a delivery fee on us and when we didn’t go for that he then tried to tell us that it would be a week before the washer could be delivered. Unhappy with them attempting to extort 80 from us, we left with out making our purchase. We got home to look up a complaint number only to find that we could do say day pick up from that store through the shop your way app… I worked there 20 years ago and this place is a ghost town compared to what the store used to be like, I can see why witha loss prevention manager giving comments like «Everything is shrinking in here’ and trying to extort money from their customers.

Never will I buy tires from them. Had a slow leak and told them to find what was wrong. Sat for 1.5 hours and they could find nothing. My husband took it to Cuthbert and they pulled a 2 inch nail out of the tire.
