The owners are so nice! Their son is absolutely adorable. Had it not been for him I never would have heard of the wonderful creation called a tater pig. The special of the day, beef shoulder was also excellent! But we had to go with the meatloaf because that is one of the few meat dishes my little chipmunk eats. No Mac n cheese on Sunday so we have an excuse to eat out on a week day! The coleslaw and baked beans were great side choices. Really, I want to eat more but I’m absolutely stuffed. I’m nearing food coma from all this fabulous food! Oh, I almost forgot. You can text or call in your order. Convenient!

When Big D says«full rack» o ribs… he means it!!! 2 full containers of meat! We rode by w friends last summer– the guys were hungry, so we turned around and ordered up. It was good. Which is why when we drove by 15 minutes ago, we turned around again. Hubby LOVESBBQ. Well, come to find out, this is a new guy and a new truck. So, we ordered the full rack(all sides are homemade) with potato salad(very fresh– very dilly) and BBQ beans. I’m not a fan of the beans– generally too sweet for me, but my honey love ‘em, so we ordered up. The beans are SAVORY and so packed full of meat, I thought it was actually chili(which I love)– so WIN-WIN! The beans are very very very good//YUM!!! Lastly, because I don’t always want to share ribs with my hubby, I ordered one of the specials: The Tater Piglet! A baked tater w a heaping helping of pulled pork, a smattering of BBQ sauce(NOTBLAND, TOMATOSAUCEYORCLOYINGLYSWEET, but a hint of sweet w nice, easy flavors– my hubby asked for more) and a dollop of sour cream for $ 5!!! Yessssss!!! Kudos to food truck owners/workers. We will come back again next trip north from Eugene. Nice guy!
