Just stopped in today to get some custom frames and a shadowbox for a client. The woman at the front was friendly and very helpful. She made some great suggestions that I hadn’t even considered! Prices were fair, on par with everything I found online. (FYI — 50% deposit due when you order, the other 50% when you pick it up.) I would much rather support a local business with great customer service than order online… Lead time was also reasonable, should be able to pick it up in a few days.
Overall, great experience. I’m excited to see how they turn out!

Great job guys! Frame selection is a bit slim but you said «yes» or «we’ll try» to every request or idea I threw at you.
Came from an art supply/​custom framing place around the corner (rhymes with Marlene’s) where i had just had an awful experience with their framer… he was lazy and belligerent and wouldn’t stop shaking his head «no» to even listen to what I was asking for. The guys at Five Star are hard workers and hungry for the business… and they’ll get mine next time I need framing. Thank You!
