This café is my home away from home. They know I’m always going to get the same thing every time — the croissant sandwich and a medium coffee. The thing I love most is that they make the food fresh to order. Every time I watch as Ramon cracks the eggs, toasts the croissant and scrambles those golden boys to perfection. I’ve also tried the eclectic breakfast which was also great. Also I’m not sure if the Kona coffee is legit from Hawaii, but it still tastes quite good. TLDR; fresh food, kind staff, large portions, decent coffee. Thanks Four Corners, keep it up!!!

This little café on the corner is a great place to pick up a quick bite to eat. The man that was running it while I was there was so nice and seemed to make everybody a regular by having conversations with them. I only got a coffee,(great simple taste) but I’m sure all of the food is great. Enough vegetarian options to actually have to decide what to eat. Five stars!

I had the veggie breakfast wrap and it was delicious and FRESH. The service was fast and friendly, plus I really appreciated the cleanliness. Seriously, it is so hard for me to find breakfast foods, on the go, that have veggies in it! Super pleased.

Simple, fast food. Coffee is good for the price. Extremely fairly priced. Owners are super friendly. Bathroom is very clean. If I find myself in the area again, I will certainly stop there for a cup of coffee and a bagel. Also, great windows to sit and people-watch at the corner. Could use a bit more bicycle parking.

It’s okay. Fine food, made to order. But the place is not welcoming or very clean or designed/decorated very well. A little on the expensive side considering the above. Nothing really negative, but it’s not 4 stars good and it’s not 2 stars bad.

On two separate days, I went to the café at 2 knowing that they close at 4, according to google and their door sign. They did not give me any warnings and informed me that they were closed right at 3. The second time, I pointed to the owner that«your door suggests you close at 4.» He rudely repeated, «we are closed.» There were at least 6 other customers still working in the café. He is very inconsiderate and rude, in addition to the fact that his kitchen and bathroom are nasty, I will not return.

Love this place! The wraps are delicious! Personal favorite: spicy turkey wrap, which includes avocado and a bit of jalapeño. Other great wraps include: pesto chicken, vegetarian, and hummus. Highly recommended!

I love this place. Been coming here for a few years. While drinking their decent, not fabulous coffee and eating bowl after bowl of their«Healthy Breakfast,»(scrambled eggs, brown rice, hummus and avocado with a slice of pickled jalapeño), I’ve…knitted a sweater, two hats, and a scarf; learned the lines to four plays; prepared for countless afternoon teaching assignments; journaled; and read the NY Times on my laptop again and again through their free WIFI. SUCH a nice couple, and they don’t get in your face at all — they are friendly, the food is WAY above local café standards, and you feel welcome but completely unintruded on. I honor their simple request about the big tables so that I can help them get more business. I like it that they take pride in their recipes and don’t change them. Only thing is that I wish it were busier, even though I love having my pick of tables. Just because the food is so good, the people so nice, and atmosphere so calm, simple, and peaceful, and I want them to have a big success.

This place is amazing. Whether it’s a pick up order or you walk in this location really caters to its customers. The food is wholesome and homey and truly presents you with the opportunity to start off your day the right way. Custom orders are always welcomed and the chef is always ready to give you recommendations. I would gladly return and recommend this location to others!

Food us great and this place is very convenient. And affordable. Ordered a Louisiana sausage burrito and it was amazing. It has eggs a crunchy hashbrowny type crisp inside and fresh vegetables. And great latte too

The food and drinks are fine. They get the job done and it’s in a convenient location. However, it’s not a place to hang out and do work. I bought breakfast & coffee and was doing work for about two hours. Was about to leave in 15 – 20 mins & was wrapping things up. Then an employee came up to me and told me to leave and that people were only allowed for half an hour at a table. I would obviously have honored this rule if people were looking for a seat, but only 5 of the 11 tables were occupied, and no new people had entered in at least a half hour. Kicked out a paying customer for no reason. Not sure I’ll return…

Good service, fresh food and drinks. On the corner, there is free parking in the streets nearby. I tried the bacon avocado and egg bagel sandwich really delicious. You can also ask for siracha which makes it even better if you like spicy! I also tried the Thai tea mmm so great! If I’m in the area I will definitely be back and try some of the organic teas or espresso drink. They also have fresh squeezed orange juice, and their menu has just about everything from hot drinks cold drinks breakfast lunch dinner or a quick snack. The seating is nice wood tables, perfect for just you, or with others.

I was looking for a place to grab a quick sandwich and decided to come here because of the 4-star rating and the menu listing a ham & egg breakfast sandwich for $ 3.50. As it turns out, the«breakfast sandwich» was actually $ 6. It was bigger than I expected, but not tastier. It wasn’t bad, just not spectacular. The ham was like lunchmeat, but the eggs were cooked nicely — appeared pan-scrambled. Though I would give the food just 2 stars, the worker was cordial and outright pleasant with the guy, who I assume was a regular, that came in while I was waiting.

Okay so I come here every once and awhile. The wraps are good and the food is consistent. I’m writing this review because the owner is a good guy. And I just watched him walk a blind customer across the street to Subway. He didn’t have to do that. But he did so patiently. Thus the extra star.

I normally drink my coffee black but decided to splurge since we were going on a hike and ended up ordering a Vietnamese iced coffee using my indie coffee passport-east bay and it was so good. Also got a bagel egg sandwich and a pastrami wrap to go and both were delicious.

Ordered the croissant breakfast sandwich with ham and cheese(added avocado) — it was bigger than I expected it to be and even though I didn’t think I’d finish it, it was so good I HAD to eat the whole thing. My favorite, however, was the fresh-squeezed orange juice. My date(somewhat of a coffee snob) praised the dark roast coffee as well as the bagel sandwich he ordered. Definitely recommend this small café with a mom and pop feel. Service was friendly, quick, and attentive.

ATTENTIONVEGANITES: Eat lunch here. Order the Vegan Plate. Ask for the 3 $ side of grilled mushrooms(from the salad menu) to be added on. Basically a perfect light and nutritious meal, made with expertise. The coffee is excellent too. I don’t like giving money to non-vegan places either but if you must meet your sinner friends such a somewhere, this is the spot!

The proprietor works hard and is a nice man. The wifi is free and you can always get a seat, so if for some reason you’re forced to hang out on the glamorous corner of San Pablo and Solano(as I sometimes am), you could do a lot worse. The coffee drinks are a bit bitter and not terribly nuanced — not«third wave» and maybe not even second– but the nice proprietor labors over each one. The food offerings also seem from a different era — wraps and«deli sandwiches» are specialties. Prices on the food are quite reasonable — five bucks for a grilled cheese and a tad more for a turkey or ham sandwich. Coffee prices are relatively steep, but not outrageously so. Safe with big windows and a clean bathroom. That aint nothing, right?

Stop by here every morning since it’s right down the street from my summer office; it’s a quaint little café run by this nice couple who are there every single day. You’re always greeted with a good morning or hello, and I have finally achieved the«recognize by face and know what drink I want(mocha, with whipped cream, hot or iced depending on weather)» status. Alas, I probably won’t be frequenting this area very often after school starts, but if I am around I’ll definitely stop by. The food is good too – I’ve had the pastrami and chicken paninis and they will definitely fill you up. They’re not skimping on portions either – even if you order an iced drink, they won’t make less just to compensate for the ice – in fact the owner cautioned me to be careful with the lid, since he didn’t want to make less, so you drink some mocha first and then cap it. Had their Thai iced tea before as well and it was also nice. There’s free wifi and small tables, though I usually get my stuff to go. Good place to study and chill, it’s pretty quiet(though could just be the summer) and I often see folks just hanging out, enjoying their coffee with a paper. Definitely a nice gem in this area.

Perfectly nice café. Plenty of outlets, enough tables & space to spread out, varied and affordable menu, good food, and the people who work here are super nice. I was impressed that they offer breakfast options even late into the afternoon, as well as hot and cold vegan & veggie sandwich options(nice to have variety, even if you’re a carnivore!) Downsides are 1. the location, and 2. the noise. The café is on a busy corner — 4 corners, in fact — which means that there is a lot of traffic, honking, and hullabaloo(a great word that should be used more often). A passing truck blared so loudly that we all nearly bolted from our seats. Kinda makes it hard to read, study, have a conversation, etc. Parking is also challenging — there are a limited number of 90-minute spots, so if you want to stay for longer you have to move your car.
