H&M is a great brand and in general their stores are good. However staff in this particular store seems to have a «don’t care» attitude. Such a poor customer service.

I’m not a fan of their new 2 level store. I find it smaller and more cramped. However, The staff is really friendly.

The sales racks are always a huge mess and the clothes are packed in too tight. It’s also located inside Crossgates Mall, which is rarely a good time.

When I moved to Albany a mere few-months-ago, I knew more-or-less full well what I was getting myself into. Dunkin Donuts. Crappy drivers. Crappier pedestrians. Sales tax. Pumping my own gas. Stop lights in the middle of neighborhoods. Cold winters. Potholes. Homework. What I wasn’t banking in on, though, was the enormous H&M that just happened to be in Crossgates Mall. I mean, it’s Albany. It’s a mall. It’s not *supposed* to have cool stores like H&M. Save that for NYC. Well, maybe that’s the Oregonian in me, where H&M is all the envy, and if we get particularly desperate, we drive 3.5 hours north to Seattle. The last time I was at an H&M it was one of those crazy religious experiences(and at least three years ago), where I knew I probably wouldn’t be able to wear most of the clothing, but dammit, I’d bring something home. I’ve treasured my scarf, socks, and costume jewels ever since. And today. It brought it all back. First of all, this store is shiny and ENORMOUSLYHUGE. I wanted to touch everything. And eventually, we headed back to the accessories section. I didn’t want to spend any money, but, but… I got a sweet necklace for $ 3.50, and two flower fascinator clips for the same. WHATTHE??! That is a steal, if you ask me. Also got a really great bag for $ 15. YIPPEE!!! They had scarves and hats and socks galore. I was in heaven. For serious. There is a bright, shining light in Albany. The epicenter is H&M. Amen.
