McDonald’s

Slow they get orders wrong there are times workers stand around while other have to work three times harder. And after school hours as the kids get out from school its worse the management stands out side to babysit letting one in at a time if to many kids shoe he calls the cops all this why all doors are locked so on door to enter n exit if ur I’m side and god forbid to to get out in emergency u can’t

Service was beyond bad. Whom ever owns this McDonald’s should really fire everyone and start over. The girls at the drive thru were rude and messing around. While window was open the girl at first window was arguing with someone inside. She used the n word and f bomb several times knowing I could hear her and had my child in the car. Got to the second window saw my food waiting and that girl was on her cell phone having a loonng conversation about sneakers while my food say there. She then shoved my food out the window without even giving me eye contact. I asked for my buffalo sauce and she said to other women you didn’t put it in there. Other women said yes I did can I see the bag. I already had given my son his food and said it wasn’t in there but forget. I don’t need anything more from you rude people. I will be calling corporate to complain.

I have been coming to this restaurant for years. Over the last several months I seen this place go down hill. Last week I was there and the place was a disgusting mess. The tables and floor had food on them. The men’s room was flooded and smelled bad, and well the service sucked. I was only 1 of 4 people in the restaurant. They where not busy at all. They were more about playing around then dealing with the issues at hand. I did tell them about the restroom, but they did nothing about it the 25 minutes I was there or did they come out and clean the floors or the tables.

There’s not much I can say about the food offerings or prices at McDonald’s, lest I become the next Marilyn Hagerty, but I do have to say, that I’ve been to this particular location a few times and have always received fast and friendly service. Additionally, it is rarely crowded, has a number of outlets (which is great if you’d like to plug in your laptop and take advantage of the free wifi), and offers an indoor playground for kids. Of course, I tend to prefer local and more unique establishments, but sometimes you just want to get a McCafe and get some work done for a little while and as long as they have any size coffee for a buck, you can’t get much a much better deal.

It’s a dump and the foods always bad and the service is beyond poor. They’re rude and dirty.

It’s unfortunate that this McD’s is the closest one to me and is on my way to school, because I often stop there for their iced coffee. Every time I do, I wonder why I did. I can’t remember the last time they got my order right. It’s to the point where it’s just more funny than anything. All I ask for is a large iced coffee with cream, and splenda on the side so I can flavor it myself because they always make it too sweet. Do I get that? No. Today it was just a black coffee. I asked for cream, they added cream and sweetening syrup. The location of the restaurant is awesome and it’s the only place that sells coffee in a drive through for what seems like miles… the closest DD and Starbucks both don’t have drive throughs, so it would be great if there was some consistency with this place. But, alas.

For a McDonald’s, three-​stars is about as high as it gets. This one could be there — it’s got potential — but maybe I caught them on an off-​day.
First off, almost all the tables needed to be cleaned. Next thing I noticed was a fellow patron yelling at the manager about how long her food was taking. I honestly didn’t think our food took that long, so I was actually happy that the manager yelled back at the lady that he was short-​staffed and doing the best that he could. It would also explain why the place was so messy. Lastly, maybe it was because it’s summer, and it was a long weekend, but this place was packed with ghetto teenage riffraff being noisy and obnoxious.
Other than that, it’s McDonald’s just like any other.
